Here is a simpler analysis of post paid plans between bmobile/TSTT
(http://www.bmobile.co.tt/) and Digicel (http://www.digiceltt.com/)
instead of the confusing, long "independent" post paid report on
bmobile's site. Are the observations valid? Also a question : how are
rollover minutes handled with bmobile and Digicel?

* Digicel’s postpaid packages comes with pre bundled minutes which can
be used to call Digicel, fixed lines. A call to bmobile costs 1.22/1.40
(noVAT/withVAT). Checking voicemail does NOT use your pre-bundled minutes.

Observations :
- Digicel is cheaper if you're only calling other Digicel phones
and fixed lines.
- Digicel is not cheaper if you call many bmobile customers.
If your call pattern is to call a bmobile customer for
long periods of time (e.g your friend, family member, relative
or significant other), it would be cheaper to get a Digicel
cell for that bmobile user.
