Description

This group is for people in Tucson and Southern Arizona who are doing (or want to start doing) permaculture-related projects. These include but are not limited to: growing food (gardens, orchards, fish ponds, beehives, keeping chickens and other livestock), rainwater harvesting, green building, solar-related things, gleaning from neighborhood or wild plants, etc.

This is the place to ask questions, find like-minded people who want to cooperate on projects, and pass along what you've learned. Feel free to get "up in the twigs"--the technical specifics of individual projects, but let's also discuss how the elements relate to each other and to the larger community.

This list is intended to help re-build a web of community connections, understanding and living practices that will support our communities' transition to sustainability.

Please note that this group is NOT moderated. Making and keeping it useful is up to all of us.
