Yes after many days trying to sort out the servo drives, changed
cables, change power supply added caps etc, I switched to Zeus and
away I went.
From memory, you can set up each drive independently.

I prefer TurboCNC's interface, excellent for cycle testing which is
what we made the machine to do.

We have a 3 d test system and we calibrated each axis seperatly.

I have had the same problems. Seems there is a bit stream hickup. Try Zeus software and see if it goes away. The glitch was enough to fault my servo drives....
