I don't know whether you consider this to be a serious question or not, but
really it's just not realistic.

If you don't know how to generate code, then you certainly don't know anywhere
near enough to even think of writing a Pascal compiler.

Give a lot more information - including where you've got to already - and we can
answer specific questions.

BTW writing a Pascal compiler is a huge task - Pascal is not a small language.
