JCT: Unfortunately, my communications were suddenly downed
making my sending messages to yahoogroups too unwieldy. What
went wrong is appended.
My communications were interfered with for these posts:
> Need Hat-Trick candidates for Prov. Party
> Freedom, Marijuana, Libertarian Party Events
Interesting that everything breaks down with so little time
to pull off a political coup. Create a political party in
only 5 days. With the Internet, why not try, just for the
impossibility of it. Or not. Any bets?
But the censors win on the communications. If you are
reading this in a group and you haven't already read of my
Abolitionist Party of Ontario posts yet, then you are in a
group that has been blocked.
Despite the cheering from some quarters, others may want to
know that my BLOG will be available at these USENET
newsgroups:
can.politics gets LETS, marijuana, gambling politics
alt.fan.john-turmel also gets my TajProfessor Poker posts.
I've rejoined some yahoogroups under my new name where you
can join to receive my posts or go read them there.
turmel-subscribe@yahoogroups.com gets everything from
http://yahoogroups.com/group/turmel
letssc-subscribe@yahoogroups.com gets all LETS community
currency action from http://yahoogroups.com/group/letssc
medpot-subscribe@yahoogroups.com gets all Cannabis action
from http://yahoogroups.com/group/medpot
turmel2step-subscribe@yahoogroups.com gets all TajProfessor
posts from http://yahoogroups.com/group/turmel2step
I've been facing sabotage of my communications for so long,
I just don't have time to fight it off. Just do a search at
any group for "censor" and you'll run into Richard Lake and
his crew who join groups to complain to the moderators and
get my posts bumped. The new game has started and my month
off is over so if you want to remain informed, you'll have
to look elsewhere.

Yahoo is the one rejecting the lists.
Yahoo is a well-known outlet for spammers.
JCT: Yahoo is rejecting them because my mail is no longer
coming from turmel@... but is now coming
from turmel@... which it does not recognize. The NCF
output has changed to stump the yahoo registrations.
The alias works when I sign up to the groups under ncf.ca
and not freenet.carleton.ca
Do I have to register for them all again.
>Yahoo has probably cut the incoming recipients down
to a level that makes it a real pain for the spammers to take
their 100,000 lists into pieces so small that they give up.
JCT: I'm no longer registered under @freenet.carleton.ca so
it's not their fault. Why have my posts started going out
under @ncf.ca and not @freenet.carleton.ca
>Why do you take lists from NCF and ship them to yahoo
anyway !!??
JCT: I have a dozen groups and got invited to dozens more
over the years. So I add any new group to my alias file.
This is a question of why yahoogroups.com is getting my mail
as @ncf.ca and not @freenet.carleton.ca
I just don't think it's their fault.
>( this is a spamming technique and makes ncf look like a
[*very* small-time] spammer's host !!)
Jct: No one's complained of spam. Regardless, at the point
where I really needed to communicate, someone did something
to mess me up. And my posts to topica.com have been suddenly
rejected for the same reason.
Did topica switch policies at the same time as yahoogroups?
Not likely. The name change seems to have to originate from
NCF machinations and I'd bet it's Paul Tomblyn again even if
I wouldn't give odds.
As the for inconvenience of the group readers, at least the
chance of cut-off is easier dealt with from smaller groups.
If you group wants to keep abreast of my posts, someone will
have to relay them.
Hope you enjoyed the Adventures of The Engineer and stay
tuned for the end game.
