Can you expand on "wont do nothing". If you do "to start", what happens. Does
anything get written to the to.log? Can you run to config? If not, what error
is reported? If so, how far can you get, what is written to the log etc...

Henry, As Antony pointed out, your problem doesn't seem to be actually related to the upgrade, but maybe to some uncompatibilty between TWO and your Linux....
