Lotus & Stargate

Some attempts to use this project in manners that would immediately lead to an
applied technology have resulted in bad things happening to those doing it.

Reports of angelic beings, described in a manner very like how the Kerubim
allegedly appear, have been detailed to me.

A noted occurrence at the Shady Rest resulted in physical injury to certain
personnel and massive property damage.

Other reports, centering around the Staar-Flower (originally called Star Flower
by me ... I guess they like their spelling better!) team at the Frenchman´s
Mountain detailed severe physical and emotional injury to personnel, and the
loss of personnel altogether.

The alleged beings have red-coal-like eyes, multiple (4) faces, and are
dangerous to those not heeding warnings to give distance.

It remains unknown whether the Frenchman Beings related to the Lotus or the
alleged stargate.

The Beings reported having done damage at the Shady Rest, (area 51/S4..Dex) were
described in a way that could lead one to the belief that they are Kerubim, and
such beings allegedly did directly announce that the Lotus is related to the
Seed and Fruit of the Tree of Life.

DONDEP: Do you think it's because they sense they are working for the
luciferians and the angel reminds them of this?

Dan Burisch: One should be careful for what ones asks. Seriously. J's wife made
such a statement and it happened.

ClearEyes: that the angel stop by?

Dan Burisch: Yes.

DONDEP: What happened to J's wife?

Dan Burisch: It entered her room from across the room through the wall. She
climbed up the headboard and tried to climbe the wall. She was hospitalized from
shock.

ClearEyes: wow - is this a huge form?

Dan Burisch: 7 feet or so. When it showed at the Ranch during (coincided with
one of Art Bell's black outs) it appeared with archetypal wings and burned out 7
labs equipment.

DONDEP: I trust that nothing we do here gives it displeasure.

Dan Burisch: She is fine now. She didn't believe what her husband was telling
her of it and made some bad remarks I guess.

It advised her that J was my adviser and to show respect for God.

information after all. I doubted them when they said the light of the second sun
would be seen in a few weeks time. Now it seems, if this is true, NASA has been
watching Niburu (Herculobus, Planet X, etc..) all along and in 2011 it's
expected to appear in our skies as a second sun.

You bring up a good point Regan.
The only thing I can understand about that is that, at times, even though
it's only reflective, Venus can appear, both day and night, very bright in
our skies.

Her first question took me a little by surprise.

"Have you bred on your home planet?

"That's an interesting question," was my startled reply. "By breed I suppose you
mean have I any children of my own?"

I couldn't believe she didn't already know the answer to that question. Perhaps
she was just being polite.

"Well, I have a son who is fourteen years old and is fit and healthy. He doesn't
appear to have too many problems, except he could be without a proper father

"I was in the process of leaving my family unit permanently when you guys zapped

I know the answer anyway."

"This breeding process, in the form you Homo Sapiens use, I have studied as much
as I can from our records, but there is still much I wish to know. I have been
selected for a modified reproductive process when I return to my home planet. We
as a people are running out of time to develop offspring which could survive on
any other planet apart from our own without life support systems. By this I mean
we have not yet found another world that is compatible with our specific and
rather unique needs. I may be able to elaborate on this point a little later.
For now, it is enough to say we have few options and may have to adjust to new
environments such as planet Earth -- which we still like to call our second
home, even though we are far removed from being able to live there full time,"
Zeena finished, sounding rather distressed.

"Our planet is rather full already," I commented, not really wishing to add to
her burden.

In spite of what I had already witnessed and been party to, I was in no way
prepared for her reply to my statement.

"Oh, we have already had communication with Earth governors on that subject;
since the 1950s, in fact. They know of our desire and need. We have even made a
trade, as you might call it. I cannot elaborate on it at this time. But not
everyone has lived up to their agreements since then."

"Your various governors, in their wisdom, decided that the Earth's general
population was not then ready for the message and knowledge we had planned to
give your people. If you think back to the subjects we have recently discussed,
it is hardly surprising, is it? They feel you are still not ready, and we will
not tell your people a half-truth to suit others. So we have this situation --
what do you say? -- a stalemate," Zenna concluded.

"What did the governors say when you said you would like to return to Earth at
some time in the future?" I asked.

"All they wanted were the 'lollies'," she commented, without expanding on that
subject. (What is 'lollies'?)

"There are not that many of us," Zenna continued. "Fifteen million is but a
small total, is it not, among your billions? And our technology trade-off would
make life so much easier for your population. If I dare be so brave as to say
history could repeat itself, you may find we interbreed to become one race
again, as happened so long ago in your past histories.

"At this point in time there are still some important things that we must
physically do here on Earth: some repair work, as it were; a legacy from the
past which I am not permitted to discuss at this time. We must correct that
which is in a state of disrepair. Just by way of coincidence, that work is now
almost completed. This is no small thing, for repairs have been going on for
many of your years. Time is now short, for next will come the changes -- your
awakening."

She answered my question before I could ask it. There was not much I could do
but sit in silent amazement.

"You must realize," she continued, as I couldn't think of any worthwhile thing
to say, "that we are quite a primitive race compared to other extraterrestrials
that may communicate with Earth people from time to time. That is one of the
reasons we are so attracted to Earth and to you as a race. We feel a real
kindred or bonding for your people. We also think Earth is a most beautiful
place."

"Where would you like to live on Earth if you had a choice?" I asked.

"We have an area that we call our own."

Zeena explained to me that they are already using an underwater base in the
general area of this land that has been set aside for them, although she would
go no further in describing where that might be.

She was then called away, promising to return as soon as possible to continue
our conversation.

The following is some 'food for thought', concerning the
'possibility' that Jacques Vallee may have some connections to 'covert
government debunking operations', which the following authors allege:

extension Vallee has been so proved as well. Vallee and Bernhard
Haisch, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Scientific Exploration which
published Vallee's article and has refused to disclaim or otherwise
back off it, have become the target of an ongoing private investigation
focusing on them having promoted research fraud.
Barnes shows irrefutably that there was on the part of the Navy and
other government agencies: 1.) a strong agenda to make a ship both
radar and sight invisible; 2.) knowledge of the physics by which this
can be done; and 3.) possession of the technology by which this physics
could be applied in the field.
Editor Bernard Haisch and his Journal of Scientific Exploration
refused to issue a disclaimer regarding this work of outrageous fraud
and in fact continue to publish it on their website and doubtless
elsewhere also? Vallee for one reason or another deemed it desirable
his report be "reviewed" and obviously censored or "cleared" by one
"Vice-Admiral William D. Houser". Hmmm ... clip..

THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT: What They Didn't Want You To Know by Joe

written an article debunking the Philadelphia Experiment called
"Anatomy of a Hoax." The basis for the article was that Vallee found
another witness to the event, a witness that said that he was there at

Marshall unearthed admissions made by Vallee himself concerning his
being taught on how to write disinformation, as well as Vallee's links
to the shadowy Aviary. The Aviary consists of various former CIA, DIA,
INSCOM, and AFOSI agents and connected scientists.
Allegedly dedicated to infiltration, studying and disinforming the
UFO community as double agents, links for this group can be found at

Caras' prior agreement. Recognizing it as a standard release giving the
show the freedom to edit as they pleased, Barnes reminded Caras about
their arrangement which Caras said he would still honor.
...August 21 he stopped to see what Mark meant when he said he had
to make some 'script changes'. What he saw was as far from the truth as
you could get. In fact, the Office of Naval Research could have written
the script themselves. There was no mention of Dr. Rinehart or
Marshall's investigation against the Navy. They portrayed Rinehart's
account of how the experiment was accomplished as a only a theory that
Marshall come up with... clip..

... The two most stunning cases of faked UFO events that Vallee has
uncovered occurred rather recently in the history of saucer sightings.
In 1980, a strange object purportedly "crashed" in England's Rendlesham
Forest, a few miles away from an American Air Force Base. Dozens of
military personnel were dispatched into the forest, without weapons,
before the supposed crash of a luminous object. After the incident
conflicting stories leaked to the press and to civilian investigators,
some of the leaks apparently originating from the front office of the
military base. Vallee's conclusion-- controversial among UFO believers
who insist that aliens touched down in Rendlesham Forest--is that "the
event had all the earmarks of being staged for the benefit of the
witnesses, perhaps so that their psychological reactions could be
studied."
The Bentwaters case [in which American servicemen at an Air Force
base in England observed a disk-shaped craft land in the forest] is a
classic. At the landing site, they had a mix of ordinary guards,
officers, sentries and so on--they all had orders to go to the site
under a scenario. And that's not what would of happened if the
encounter were real--if a strange object landed on the base you
wouldn't be sending out a hundred people without weapons. The thing has
all the earmarks of being staged for the benefit of the witnesses, so
that they could be studied and the reactions of the different

is 'possible', ('knowing of the top secret black operations being done
by the government'), though it could also be more than that.] Returning
to the interview:

... Even more bizarre is the information turned up by French
investigators in the wake of a bizarre 1979 abduction case. An
unemployed young man named Franck Fontaine disappeared outside of his
apartment one morning, reportedly after his friends saw him enveloped
in a luminous fog. After a week of frenzied press coverage and a
fruitless search by the authorities, Fontaine turned up in a field
outside the apartment--with no memory of his unusual experience. His
friends insisted he had been abducted by a UFO, and police
investigators, though they doubted that claim, found no other

to describe it." Then he added, ominously, "If this operation had been
completed, the next phase would have been far worse." As Vallee notes
in his best-selling book, Revelations, "It would be fair to assume that
the [Fontaine] operation could have been a test, perhaps a prelude to
an experiment of wider scope." Vallee says he knows the name of the
French official, an Air Force officer, who spoke on 'condition of
anonymity.'...

[Steve's Note: Abductions have been being reported from long before
1979, (from numerous abductee's), so to suggest that a: 'French (or
and other) government covert operation did an abduction in 1979', and
then went on to do many more thereafter ('an experiment of wider
scope'), 'could also be' an attempt to: discount the reality of actual
abductions by ET's, the reality of which, the government has been
attempting to hide for decades. Vallee's 'source' is 'anonymous', which
makes the source not able to be verified.
While this does not discount the possibility of government
abductions, (which there is ample evidence of, and which could include
the case that Vallee claims occurred); however, suggesting that the
government is doing a 'large scale abduction program', could also be
being used to make some people believe that ALL abductions are being
done by the government, which based on the accounts of numerous
abductees, is false, and thus saying this has the potential effect of
covering up that reality, whether purposely done, or not.]

Final thought: My intentions for sharing the above is not to malign
Vallee, (whom believes in ET's and UFO's0, but to point out that he may
have been used by others to cover certain things up, (or not.) Love,

         You may be right and perhaps that was the intended meaning of the
"second sun" attribution to Nibiru.  But if so, I have another problem with
it.  This is that the video said Nibiru is a giant planet like Jupiter but
it is still out in the depths of the solar system and is not due to come as
close to the sun as Jupiter's orbit until 2013.  Yet the alleged
photo-stills of Nibiru presented in the video show it being so bright as to
outshine Jupiter!  How could it possibly do that if it is shining with
reflected light?  Uranus and Neptune are gas giants too and they are much
closer to the sun and earth than Nibiru is alleged to be, yet we cannot even
see them at all with the naked eye.  So how can we see Nibiru from earth and
even photograph it with an ordinary camera?

         You pointed out that Venus shines brightly in reflected light and I
agree with you about that.  But Venus does lie very close to the sun -
closer than the earth in fact - so its reflection is bound to be bright.  In
fact, since the alleged Nibiru appeared close to the sun in those photos on
the video, its appearance seemed indistinguishable from that of Venus in the
early morning or evening to me.  In other words, those photos looked like
pretty good shots of the Morning Star, or the Evening Star to me and if I
had been told that those are what they were I would have believed it.

         In view of the apparent contradictions and the alternative
interpretations of evidence that are possible here, I must admit that I
remain unconvinced by the "Nibiru" story.

Last night's David Letterman late night show interviewed Peckman. The remaining
fifteen minutes Jeff shared his take about ET and how the Government believes
they've uncovered at least 57 different species. He' says they're from all over
the universe and have been dropping in on us for quite some time. He said it's
the general belief that the Oil Company's and the White House interfere because
the revelation about ET and new technologies would antiquate their economic
wealth flow. He talked about his friend filming an alien peeking in his window.
Jeff said they had to talk the guy into setting up the camera. He was too afraid
of the nightly visits, so, unexpectedly, while not in the room at the time he
caught the alien peering in.
It was a good talk without ridicule.
About time. He is a good spokesperson and I hope he keeps up the good work. It's
only a matter of time before ET decide to disclose themselves before the world.
IMO if these power brokers don't get with the program then it's a possible a
phase out will ensue and many of them could wind up in a joint world/galactic
court charging them with breaching agreements and treasonable greed against
humanity.

Most complex crop circle ever discovered in British fields

The most complex, "mind-boggling" crop circle ever to be seen in Britain has
been discovered in a barley field in Wiltshire.
The circle is a coded representation of pi to the 10th significant figure
The formation, measuring 150ft in diameter, is apparently a coded image
representing the first 10 digits, 3.141592654, of pi.

It is has appeared in a field near Barbury Castle, an iron-age hill fort above
Wroughton, Wilts, and has been described by astrophysicists as "mind-boggling".

UFO alert: Welsh police spot 'unusual aircraft'

  UFO enthusiasts got a boost Friday when Welsh police confirmed that one of
their helicopter crews had spotted an "unusual aircraft" flying over Cardiff
earlier this month. An investigation into the sighting had been launched, they
said.
The police clarification came after The Sun reported a UFO had "attacked" a
police helicopter, following it for several miles over the Bristol Channel. "The
pilot banked sharply to avoid being hit, then launched into a high-speed
pursuit. But he was forced to give up the chase as the helicopter's fuel ran low
-- and the UFO escaped," the tabloid reported. The helicopter crew had described
the object as "flying saucer-shaped and circled by flashing lights," it added.

"Err... " not so, said the police.

"South Wales Police can confirm its air support unit sighted an unusual
aircraft. This was reported to the relevant authorities for their
investigation," police said in a brief statement, avoiding the use of the term
'UFO', or unidentified flying object.

At the time of the incident, the helicopter with three men on board was waiting
to land at the St Athan RAF base near Cardiff. The sighting reportedly took
place at 00:40 am (23:40 GMT) on June 8.

South Wales Police denied there was a pursuit and indicated that the helicopter
crew was never in any danger.

about 13,230 million light-years away. Hence, it is seen at a time when the

galaxy was engineered and fit into place by artificial forces. This is the
furthest galaxy ever discovered. Therefore it is also the earliest galaxy that
we can view through gravitational lenses.

on pattern recognition for its behavior and analysis. The advanced

Hi John: My mailbox is receiving hundreds of messages a day now pertaining to
this withdrawal, however, when I have a few minutes I will try to respond to the
most common questions asked. You have hit on one of them. I am going to come
clean here.

The grays are being sent by "He who has created them" . The same He who has
created humans. Humans like I said were created a couple million years after
them. The tests (greys) are being performed on humans so that on more
pleasurable planets humans will have advanced senses like telepathy, the ability
to procreate without having sex, and resistance to foreign harmful viruses and
bacteria. If you have ever studied subjects like astral projecting you may be
disturbed to discover a few things. Those who astral project can send their soul
upwards towards the infinities of space. As their souls progress upwards, extra
terrestrial species may collect them and have a direct electromagnetic
connection with the person who has allowed their soul to go up and outwards.

If you are not willing to accept this, then I would suggest not practicing
astral projection. But, as your soul progresses upwards you can move up to that
place that most people think of as heaven. The grays are the transporters. They
are coming to shuttle us to advanced human planets not use us as fuel for their

Wynderer, Why are you on this newsgroup arguing so vehemently against the
withdrawal?  I guess you are not going to come to the meeting place but I
believe you should not be so hard on those that are coming.  Let's just say for
example that this is a hoax.  What is the worst that will happen?
It will be fun.  We will all be camping out under the stars and telling stories
while sitting around campfires eating smores and cooking hot dogs.  If the ET's
do not show up at least we will make a lot of friends unlike you are doing by
picking on people that have faith in more intelligent beings.
I have discovered that people that are against the withdrawal don't even take

May 2008 Coast to Coast interviewed Richard Shafsky on the Crystal Skulls. While
listening to Richard explain how ‘light and sounds’ could produce images ‘as

Quantum means to go beyond the parameters of the constrictions of
space-time-distance.

On Sound & Light

“The Mayan Crystal skull is made of Clear Quartz Crystal. It has piezoelectric
properties and our tests on them show they can be activated by Light and Sound.
Some really good work was done by Stephen Halprin. We subjected the Mayan
Crystal Skull to the Peruvian Singing Vessels and each time we changed a note,
we changed an octave, we got different images which came up in the stone.

And as you subject the crystal skull to different colours in the Light spectrum
you change channels –you change images.

Some images are very small, others encompass the entire stone-these images are
as clear as images on a computer screen. These Crystal Skulls are like a
super-charged mainframe computers, they are in no way, shape or form the same as
other crystals which have been energized.”

On the Crystal Computers

The large crystals could be thought of as “Master Computers” which connect into
“home base”- Main Computer Hub. So the smaller crystal skulls would be akin to
desktop computers which connect to the large crystals which then connected to
the MainFrame.

According to the Mayans this was the way it was set up in the time of Atlantis
and they were not only communicating with each other here on Earth but also with
other Beings in the Greater Community. (wonder if they opened a door for the
reptilians to come through?)

On ETs and Aliens

Richard says: “ During one viewing I saw these bulbous headed humanoid aliens
standing around a crystal skull projecting a laser light at the crystal, a human
figure formed within the skull, the Light formed into a humanoid configuration!”

“Some of the ETs which were present on Earth (during the Mayan time) and who are
still present, some of them are in the configuration of what we would call The
Greys- those are not necessarily friendly at all- I am not sure they are a
life-form that we recognize as being a life-form.”

Some aliens, ET life forms have been here for a very long time. Some go back to
our pre-history, we’ve observed them through the Crystal Skull, they look like
giants. Steve Quayle has relayed about them. The giants are very present in
Mayan history and not very nice at all.

There are other ET presences which appear to be very human, some of them are
very large in stature. And we do have in the Mayan history consideration for
actual genetic splicing, genetic manipulation having taken place.

The Mayans are the link to the Progenitors who created the skulls and they were
definitely ET.

Some of the skulls resemble the Aliens. Some with the elongated features, a very
high forehead, The Bubble-heads are humanoid but have very large elongated
facial features with a higher forehead than we do.

On the Mayan Priesthood

He says these crystals have been in the safe keeping of the Mayan Priesthood
much to the chagrin of many who have tried to acquire not only the crystals but
also some masks with tremendous powers, from this priesthood. On one occasion
back in the 1970s a helicopter gunship opened fire on a Mayan village on the
Guatamala and Mexico border. One of the Former Presidents of Mexico captured the
Mayan Crystal Skull so the Mayan Priesthood went in at night and retrieved it.
He was using it as a Power Tool and had a dark-worker working for him.

The Mayan Shaman used the crystal skull to protect his people from the giant
humanoids. These giants were able to emanate a powerful psychic field that was
crippling to human physiology. The Mayan shaman with the assistance of warriors
from the Order of the Jaguar and the Order of the Eagle were able to combat the
giants. The Mayan Priest would use the crystal skull to reflect back the psychic
field the giant was emitting, knocking the Being down. The warriors would then
dispatch the giants. (*Law of Rebound at work there.)

“A Shaman who has been trained in the correct working of the stone is able to
activate it mentally. When this happens many opportunities are raised as many
doorways are opened up including communication with Beings in our galactic
neighborhood-not necessarily on Planet Earth.”

Richard is aware of 9 Ancient skulls but says there may be more.

The Mayan skull is the one he has worked with. He has been under the tutorage of
the last Mayan Priest responsible for protection of this particular skull. This
Mayan Priesthood lineage has been protecting this skull for over 5000years and
the skull it self goes back several 100,000 years. (back to the time of Atlantis
maybe?)

2012 is an end of the Mayan civilization- the End of the lineage protecting the
skulls. Francesco is the final Mayan Priest to watch over the Skulls. There will
be no more after him.

On the Earth Changes:

Earth changes have been viewed and Richard says we are in for a tumultuous time
ahead and it is incumbent upon us all to prepare for these very catastrophic
times ahead.
He says we will have a very bright future but we do have to prepare for it-
prepare by surviving through these catastrophic events.

He says these are all normal Earth cycles.

“Back 30 years ago, I was viewing images in the Crystal of our Galaxy,
Francesco- the final Protector Priest of the Mayan Skull was pointing out to me
where we are out on the Galactic Spiral and as the Galactic Spin is taking
place- he pointed out the Zone that we were coming into (that I understand
occurs every 36,000 years). We have now entered that Zone.

There are things that are occurring that are affecting our Solar System, that
are affecting our sun. Sun Cycles are overlapping. When sun cycles change it has
a big impact on planet earth.

Earth changes were pointed out, weather changes causing famine, melting
ice-caps, temperature variations and some axis and pole shifts. These
geo-physical changes are what we have to prepare for. Magnetic shifting is
already taking place.

They are going to occur because of where we are (in the Shar, or in the Region
of Ni’bi’ru) in the Galactic Spin.


On the Opening of the Stargates

It was also pointed out that it was not only earth changes which occur while we
are in this area of space but that it is also when stargates are going to open
and we should anticipate a lot of interstellar communications going on and a lot
of sightings of ufo craft.

Richard says the Stargates which are opening now are the ones we need to pay
attention too. The stargates are where ‘others’, ETs, can come in.

On the Reptilians:

Richard says this is mostly a good thing but there are a few of those that we
are being protected from, they don’t really wish us well at all. Their
intentions are not Good however we have to leave them to our off-world
Protectors. The Mayans were very well aware of those who did not have our best
interests at all and in some pictographs they depicted “if this one comes
in-this is a bad one”. However those who are Protectors have protected us in the
past and they will protect us in the future, that is when the intervention will
take place. They are not going to come down to planet earth and intervene, their
intervention is going to occur off-world and the Mayans are very clear about
that.

“The ones we have to be very, very careful of are the reptilians.”

As it was relayed to Richard we all have a bit of reptilian genetics in us, as
part of our brain and the intervention that took place into the human race
around 200,000 years ago was for other genetic material to be spliced in to
counter-balance that reptilian influence. Richard says “ I have seen the visuals
of them and they are not here in our favour”.
Having the other genetic material as a counter-balance allows us to absorb
information which counters the reptilian influence. We have to leave it to our
off-world benefactors to block the reptilians out.

“When you pull the reptilians up in the Crystal Skull you recognize straight
away that is not something you want to have interaction with at all.”

Are there reptilians amongst us? Yes-there are those who are of the reptilian
genetic strain.

George Noory mentions that David Icke believes all the Illuminati are of the
reptilian bloodline.

Richard responds: I don’t know that they all are, although the reptilians are
certainly well represented here at the top, but there are also those at the top
who have our best interests at heart. The reptilians do not have our best
interests at heart and they have certainly made their presence known and their
influence does come down from some real high Orders of Privilege.


On Planet X

Caller asks: What does the Crystal show about Planet X?
Richard replys: I don’t know anything about the Annunaki specifically however
the infor that we did glean from the Crystal regarding other planets in an orbit
around our sun-is Yes we are already being influenced by a rather large planet.
Now when it is going to enter our Solar System, what effect that will have-I’ve
been told it will occur within our lifetimes although its influence is not going
to be as catastrophic as some would believe.

On Asteroid strikes:

Richard asked to see if there would be any asteroid hits during that time- there
weren’t any.

Bring anyone you want to.  This is a large operation and quite frankly do you
know the panic there would be if there were a massive amount of people that
suddenly disappeared? People driving would vanish and crash into other people.
airplane pilots would crash, this is going to be somewhat discreet so that those
left behind are unaware it happened and the people missing can be declared as
such and over time it will fade away.  No one is going to die and this is not
some cult thing where you have to kill yourself to hop on a comet.

The feeling of not being able to move while being pricked with small sharp
objects. This was frightening but actually less painful than going to a human
dentist. Since about 1990, nothing has been done to me by the large grey

Do you know the context of which they are leaving? Does that only apply to Grey

I don't think you should take any chances. The fact you recieved messages from
them highlights and proves they've been here long enough to communicate with you
in the first place. How do they know your language? Monitoring us thats how.
Even a telapathic communication would need a basic knowledge of the other
persons language.
As a hive mind they need eachothers approval to make decisions, use that to your
advantage. However that is the majority of grey species coming here and may not
apply to all Zeta-type people.
