Zetas on Video

A new YouTube video of an apparent Zeta, reportedly from the US files and
released in a manner protecting the source, has begun circulating on the
Internet. It was posted on the Pole Shift ning. It is real? Per the Zetas, it
is! There are many valid points of comparison to the Zeta drawings I, Nancy,
have provided on the ZetaTalk website. The high cheekbones, the very large dark
eyes, the nose so tiny and thin and almost vertical in placement, the thin slit
of a mouth, the neck centered under the large brainy head. It was noted that the
video does not show the Zeta breathing, but their breathing does not cause a
heaving chest because their lungs work asynchronously, one breathing in while
the other exhales. There are over 150 Zeta types, so there are differences to
the Zetas I work with regularly. I recall the thumb as being quite short, and
this Zeta has a long thumb. However, the fingernails are solid and strong, as I
recall them being.

ZetaTalk Comment 5/7/2011: Would former MJ12 members release a video of an alien
apparently in their custody? The presumption is that this is the surviving
member from the Roswell crash. A grainy video, showing age, and a Zeta head not
unlike the face on the ZetaTalk page, with a tiny almost vertical nose, a mere
slit of a mouth, high cheekbones and thin neck. Nancy has done more than one
graphic of ourselves, from her memory, showing the very thin body and the face
both frontal and in profile. The fact that this video matches in many ways her
memory and description is not an accident or deliberate copy, as this is a real
video. The US government, former MJ12 members included, are being pressed by
other countries to get with the program and engage in disclosure. Rather than
release their UFO files they are jumping ahead, showing proof of the alien

I think that thinking of Dean's was a well worth assertion to contemplate
considering it's a complex matter we know very little about. I don't think Dean
would refute what you've said fantasticam131. I know I don't.
It's hard to understand the exact mechanism. True, though taking on a instant
laboratory developed body with a new brain seems it would require a teaching
program that by passes regular ways of learning to integrate the memory of the
former self. I've learned our brain in this lifetime buffers out past lifetime
recall so we're not overloaded with information. The recorded cell of our being
can be tapped for recall when we either receive it as a gift experience from the
Overself or Master's of the Overself, or taught the technique that enables us
ourselves to access that information. If anyone is suggesting consciousness
transference into a laboratory grown body A cloned body, of which I personally
know is a practice with certain higher evolved intelligence, then were into a
science not yet explored by our collective evolutionary level. I always
suspected a brother inhabited Orfeo's body, who performed the task's required of
him while his consciousness body was taken by his former companions of another
higher lifetime.

Actually, project preserve destiny is a big deal right now with these hosts that
want to repopulate our world with a desired consciousness while phasing out the
undesired consciousness. A real evolutionary change for the better.
They should be talking to the star seed about this by now. These are choice's
they want us to make. The other side is in constant communication with our

such account of a person who was drowning. She left her body (her soul) and was
able to look down upon herself still in the water and swimming. Also there is
the account of Ofreo. He had a week of missing time where he went to an asteroid
with beings. When he got back his wife never missed him. His body was still
there though his soul was off on an asteroid some place. You lean to much on the
speculation and metaphysics of people whose minds have not even begun to
penetrate the true reality of our being and condition. Truth is much stranger
than fiction and most metaphysicists don't understand reality because the human
mind has yet to even perceive what reality is. They can't even imagine it yet.

Dex,

         Whether Obama has been displaced from his body by another soul I
cannot say at this time.  However, from my own experience of being kidnapped
to a counterpart Earth in a parallel universe where the people who run that
alternate Earth are heavily into transplanting souls from their world into
bodies in this world, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I know
it is possible.

         The key property of the transplantable souls in their world is the
astonishing correspondence of the characteristics of their world with ours.
Their continents are shaped like ours and they even have place-names that
are the same as ours.  However, if you go to those places they will be
different to the corresponding places in our world in some respects.  It's
the same with the people.  They have counterpart personalities in their
world to personalities in ours and they have approximately the same names
too.  It's just like the alternate universe scenario that was depicted in
'Star Trek'.

          That alternate universe is displaced from ours by a very small
distance in a fourth dimension and its basal frequency of vibration is
slightly lower than ours, so its whole time-scheme is somewhat behind ours
and evolution also lags behind ours because of this.  So if you go there you
find yourself in a less-evolved, spiritually-darker kind of world where the
people all seem to be like naughty children.  But they have the innocence of
children too, so you can't really think of them as being evil, although if
you saw the things that they get up to it would make your hair curl.  They
have built a very chaotic society over there and they are not coping all
that well with their lives by and large.  They need instruction and guidance
from lighter, more evolved beings who can show them and teach them how to
live harmoniously in the universe and how not to make a mess of everything
that they try to do.  They kidnapped me by mistake, for goodness sake!  I
was the wrong person!  Mistakes like that happen all the time there.

         No-one from our world would want to go and live there.  It's like
downtown in a third world country all over their globe.  Only compassionate
saints would go there voluntary, so as to help the people there out of their
daily misery.  Ironically though, one of the fields in which they are way
more advanced than we are, is the field of what you might call 'psychic
technology' and by means of this they discovered our world at some time in,
I think, our early 20th century.  (The reasons for their being so much more
advanced than us in this area are a whole story in themselves, so I won't go
into them here except to say that they have to do with the fact that the
people of that world did not repress their pioneers in the field of psychic
science and technology like we did ours.)

         Anyway, from their point of view, our world seemed idyllic by
comparison.  Everything seemed better over here.  Of course they didn't look
at the appalling misery and suffering that also goes on in our world and
they just saw the glamorous, attractive side of it like street-kids in Rio
dreaming about America.  So of course they had to get over here somehow so
as to come and live in this paradise as they thought of it.  But how could
they make the crossing?  They just couldn't do it physically because they
didn't have a means of transportation and even if they could they would find
themselves migrating to a world filled with counterpart personalities to
their own who were already living the lives that they wanted to live.  In
order to occupy this world safely they would have to exterminate all of
their counterparts who were already here.  But they didn't want to come here
and have to start killing all the natives straight away because that would
require a military invasion and they didn't have that capability.  So they
were stuck.

         The resolution of their problem (and the beginning of ours) appears
to have happened in the 1950s (our time) when they acquired the
technological means of displacing someone's astral body from their physical
body and manipulating it while it was outside the physical.  They perfected
this technique to the point where they could swap astral bodies between
physical ones and if there was a sufficiently close correspondence between
the characters of two subjects of the swap, it could be made permanent.  And
so that is how they solved their problem of migrating from their less
pleasant world to our more pleasant one and disposing cleanly of their
counterpart personalities here at the same time, ie. by swapping their
counterpart's astral bodies in this world for their own.  In this way they
began a concerted programme of supplanting the astral bodies of people in
this world with their own.

         The politics of their world are what we would recognise as gangland
politics and their politicians are all like Mafia dons and made men.  There
is not even the concept of democracy over there.  Anyway, the people over
there who owned the astral technology were, of course, the Mafia dons and
their personal counterparts in our world were mostly our politicians too.
Their Mafia dons were as eager as anyone else to get over here and start
living the life of Riley and since they were the ones who got to choose who
went first they naturally chose themselves.  From the early 1960s onwards
they started taking over the bodies of the political leaders of our world as
the spearhead of an ongoing psychic invasion of our world by theirs.  My
kidnapping was part of a botched attempt by them to replace the astral body
of a British politician with that of his counterpart in their world, which I
call 'Negative Earth' for reasons which I will now explain.

         Our world and theirs are like head and tail of the same coin.
Theirs is the Yin to our Yang.  In spiritual and psychic terms, our two
worlds constitute a dipole - a coupled pair that naturally belong together
like male and female and which complement each other to make a whole.  This
being so, in some ways our two worlds are identically the same and in others
they are opposite.  Just as there is a spontaneous, mutual attraction
between male and female that is intrinsic in their two opposite characters,
likewise these two worlds have a mutual attraction for each other that
inheres in their opposite characters, which charge them with opposite kinds
of psychic 'electricity' and which binds them together in the
multidimensional universe like a married couple.  In this natural marriage
of worlds, our world is the 'yang', 'masculine' partner, which has a
'positive' charge of psychic 'electricity', and their world is the 'yin',
'feminine' partner, which has a 'negative' charge of psychic 'electricity'.
Hence my name for it - 'Negative Earth'.

         First encounters with strangers are usually fraught with
difficulties and our first encounter with this counterpart world has been
especially so, as it is taking the form of a surreptitious invasion of our
world by the most successful dominators in theirs.  It is predictable that
it will take a very long time for us to come to terms with one another and
to learn to live amicably together, which is how I think we are going to
have to learn to live together if we are going to be able to live at all.
The forced transposition of astral bodies between the two worlds is having
consequences which the people who have been engineering it have not
foreseen.  In simple terms we can say that the replacement of
spiritually-lighter souls in this world with spiritually-darker souls from
theirs is having a darkening effect upon our world and is changing its
character into something that is more like theirs.  So they are making our
Positive Earth more like Negative Earth and many of the retrograde
developments that have occurred in our world in the past half-century are
attributable to that cause.  On the other hand, although one might expect
that the transfer of lighter souls from our world to theirs would have a
corresponding enlightening effect upon theirs, their world is not able to
get the full benefit of that because the souls transferred to their world
are not able to cope well with the new circumstances in which they find
themselves and to which they are not well adapted.  This means that they
don't live so long in the other world and the stress and trauma that they
suffer is radiated into that world through their auras, thereby raising the
stress and chaos levels there too.  It can be pleasant and beneficial for
both parties when male and female get together and mingle their
life-energies, but not when it's done like this.  This is unpleasant and
mutually degrading in virtually every sense of the word.  Nevertheless, it
is happening.

         Notice how dirty the politics have become on planet Earth these
days.  Observe how like the intrige and squabbling of gangsters it has
become.  Look at how it's no longer what you know that advances you in the
world, but who you know.  See how perverted the logic of our social
decision-makers has become.  Observe how reason and respect for the truth
have gone out of fashion and how government-information has become eyewash,
propaganda and PR-spin.  See how the concepts of justice and human rights
have become meaningless and how wars are started and maintained for trivial
reasons that are not even based on anything real.  And above all, notice how
those in power do not even bother to cover up their mistakes now but simply
disown them and move on.  These are the attitudes and behaviours of
unevolved, backward souls that are typical of those to be found on our
counterpart planet, Negative Earth.  And the chaos that they generate just
keeps on coming and growing.  They are building dystopia by instinct.  They
know how to do it and they are doing it without having to plan it or even
having to think about what they are doing.  It just flows out of them as the
natural expression of what they are.

         So to return finally to the original question of whether Obama in
particular has been replaced by a planted soul, let me say bluntly that
although I cannot say for sure in his particular case, nevertheless I think
it extremely unlikely that this has not happened to him.  Presidents of the
USA have been prime targets for replacement by their Negative Earth
counterparts ever since the technique for doing it was developed in the
early 1960s.  Perhaps it has some bearing on the assassination of Pres.
Kennedy in 1963, although I am just speculating there, I hasten to add.  But
by 1980 Negative Earth had implanted its Western rulers into our Western
governments more or less completely and by the time of the coming of GW Bush
in 2000 they were well-entrenched.  The CIA and the other 'secret services'
are infested with them.  So are the military, the banking sector, the
executive boards of the large corporations and the police now.  They went
for key-people, you see.  We cannot resist this.  It has already happened.

Your physicality is an illusion and I say that in the sense it's only real
according to  it's corresponding vibration. If that be true, in reality what are
you? That is what our life program discovery pretty much is about here. This
disclosure goes far beyond nuts and bolts, heavy metal extraterrestrial 'stuff'.
We're a Divine thought-form in motion. A living thinking Light cell projected
through a membrane in time. We must contemplate what we are to better understand
the purpose for this experiment and experience in a time cell.

lifted out and not have to continue the repetitive rounds of birth and death of
a lower dust world reality. We've been placed here, each and everyone of us for
a reason. The demonic say they don't want to be here. A question was asked, then
why are you here? It said, I'm under the power. It was asked, what power? It
replied, the Light, I'm under the power of the Light. Apparently, they're in
some kind of containment too. Learn what it takes to become a free being.

Maher is certainly right in pointing out the downside of world
religions, which is a result of the exoteric theology that is preached,
primarily in Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism, but he isn't aware

soul*) and the paranormal powers of clairvoyance, telepathy,

experience and description as described in the Book of Enoch 14 is one

I was sent a monograph about the petroglyphs that Dan Eden of Viewzone
researched beginning in Colorado. I have extracted the most important parts in
order to connect the dots and bring the story to a conclusion. Following is an
annotated version of the long story I was sent without extraneous writings.

�One evening in early December I got a call. It was from a professor of
mid-Eastern languages, stationed at Brigham Young University. He asked about an
article he had read on Viewzone a while back. It was a small piece I had written
about some strange petroglyphs - old rock carvings - that were found just
outside the remote cattle town of LaJunta, Colorado.

THE ROCKS BEGIN TO SPEAK

The rocks were located in a few isolated canyons, South of LaJunta, Colorado,
and were first brought to my attention by a resident of the town named Bill
McGlone. McGlone was a retired engineer who had lived and worked all over
America and had been stationed in Southeast Colorado during one of h is jobs.

McGlone was a highly intelligent man of Scottish heritage. In his younger days
he was also fond of hiking and exploring the wilderness and of taking
photographs. He first noticed the collections of strange symbols, etched into
the canyon walls, and assumed that they were graffiti left by the Comanche
Indians that once inhabited the region. But on closer inspection, he saw that
they were quire unusual and unlike any other Native American petroglyphs in
surrounding states.

Bill found traditional Indian art with scenes of hunting rituals and humanoid
figures with feathers affixed to their head. He also found images of horses -
unknown to America until the Spanish brought the animal here in the 16th
Century, but these carvings were often done on top of the other petroglyphys.
This suggested that the more worn and unusual petroglyphs were much older and
perhaps made by a different people.

After collecting photographs and meticulously cataloging the petroglyphs of this
older era, McGlone discovered something else that was not typically Native
American. He noticed that these petroglphys contained the same 22 symbols that
were repeated over and over, in various combinations and in different order. He
believed this showed that they had a phonetic value and were signs of an ancient
alphabet.

McGlone had also noticed a third type of petroglyph that resembled the Celtic
language of Ogam. He had better success in reading these carved symbols and,
with the help of a well known writer, Barry Fell, he convinced the State of
Colorado to protect and preserve many of these ancient sites. But there was
little protection for the mysterious petroglyphs that I had documented and they
were often in the heart of a cattle ranch an being trampled underfoot by cattle
and eroded by the elements.

In the Southern desert of Israel, called the Negev, a team from Harvard
University had discovered the remains of a collapsed turquoise mine that was
operated by a Pharaoh of Egypt almost 3500 years ago. The mine was remarkable
because it had collapsed with miners still inside but had not been reclaimed and
was left intact from that era. When the team of archeologists began to excavate
and clear the mine of debris they noticed a strange collection of shapes and
symbols had been carved on the inside walls of the shaft.

Since organic wood was recovered from the beams used to shore up the mine, very
precise dates of the artifacts were obtained and pointed to a time of about 1500
BC. Dr. Harris knew that the mine was commissioned by the Egyptian dynasty but
he also knew that the workers would have been drawn from the surrounding tribes
of that region, and that they would have spoken, and written, a dialect known as
proto-Canaanite.

The act that the symbols in the Negev numbered twenty-two, more or less, was
highly significant. The proto-Canaanite language had twenty-two written phonetic
symbols. Over time, Dr. Harris managed to read the writing and revealed his
finding in his little read book, �The Name of God.� The writing was also
subsequently found in the region immediately surrounding the mine and consisted
of bitter comments about the working conditions of the mine, as well as fear
that the mine was unsafe, and many well known phrases or devotion to a deity
called Yah and El.

(Dan sent his photographs to Dr. Harris for his interpretation.) He had
translated much of what I sent to him, including one rather mysterious panel
that had looked to both McGlone and me, particularly important.

The panel in question was part of a very long, 60 foot wide, section of a canyon
wall that was covered with writing. At the far right there was what appeared to
be an image of a ship, complete with sails and rigging, and the image I sent him
was of the last panel, to the far left.

It read, in proto-Canaanite, �The First I Am of Yah to the Last I Am of Yah.� It
appeared that this was evidence of a connection between the people of ancient
Sanai and the Center of America - but how could this be?

What is the difference between proto-Canaanite and �root Hebrew?� The latter is
the same Hebrew that is spoken today but is imited to words found in the Talmud,
and limited further to those having no more than two or three consonants.

I purchased a Talmudic Hebrew dictionary at a local book store and over the
course of three months I completed a database of root words, their English
equivalent and mated the database with a javascripted program that allowed the
user to select the alphabetical symbols. It was an amazingly simple but
effective solution to the dilemma and I was soon confirming the translation of
Dr. Harris and then moving beyond the work that I had shared with him.

In the Spring of 2000, I decided I would see how my translation program worked
in the field, and planned a trip to Colorado, to study the petroglyphs.

The land was owned by a wealthy rancher and he had surrounded the ranch with
miles of barbed wire and �Keep Out� signs. As soon as e crossed on to his land
he was upon us in his white pickup truck with a rifle. He refused to allow us
access and pretended he had no knowledge of any petroglyphs and did not even
want to discuss the matter.

After the help of a City official the rancher would be happy to allow me on the
land, and would be expecting me at his ranch to give me the keys to the locked
fences. After this incident we were welcomed to many other ranches and found
even more petroglyphs. The translation program was running on a portable laptop
and successfully gave a voice to the odd shapes and weathered stones. The
messages were indeed old, in proto-Canaanite, and they gave a deadly prophecy.

Whoever wrote the petroglyphs came from the mid-East. There were multiple
references to the land of Kan, or Canaan, images of ships and the narration of a
perilous journey. They suffered not only a crisis of physical dilemmas but of
faith.

As I translated the script, from the far right where the picture of the ship was
pecked into the stone wall, to the far left, where Dr. Harris had translated the
phrase, �The First I Am of Yah to the Last I Am of Yah� something unexpected
appeared in the texts. There were references to the �burning sky.�

The site with the long panel of petroglyphs appeared to be meant as a single
story, perhaps the history of the epic journey that the authors had taken to get
here. It was almost 20 feet above the current earth. Thousands of years had worn
away the underlying soil and made the once eye-level writing artificially
elevated. Also, the more recent petroglyphs of American Indians, with images of
horses and feathered headed men, were now only half as high on these same
cliffs.

The older script was also black with what i s called patina. It forms a thick
black crust as the moisture leaches manganese from the stones and is a testament
to the antiquity of the writing. The Native Indian petroglyphs were bright and
fresh, as if made yesterday.

Not all of the ancient script was intact. Certain sections were worn by the
weather and sand blasted by the wind, but enough of it was there to get the
story. The authors had come to this location on purpose. They were not lost or
exploring without a destination. And they arrived in poor shape, sick and with
many lives lost in the journey. They arrived and stopped and made a temple to
Yah.

One panel described how they were perplexed. They had no shelter or location for
the temple�s �holy of holies,� and so used the cloth from their sail to make a
tent �for the Father, Yah.� There was even a crude image of the tent to
accompany the story.

After they had established themselves in the location they wrote their prophecy
in the form of a warning. They spoke of the �arm of El� no longer protecting the
people from the sky, and of being �burned by the sky.� They made references to
the location as a � safe zone� and that people should �seek shelter under the
earth.� There were also references to �half-breeds� and the �white sect.�

I published the photos and some vague translations, but I withheld the real
substance of what I had learned from the petroglyphs. Over the next few weeks I
received lots of e-mail, mostly telling me about similar sites and asking me if
I wanted to visit and photograph areas in Arizona and Utah.

But one day I received an e-mail from a man that contained a picture of similar
petroglyphs. In fact, they were almost identical to the ones I was studying. I
replied immediately, asking him where in Colorado he was from and on which ranch
these petroglyphs were located. He wrote right back to me. They were not from
Colorado but were taken in the remote outback of South Australia.

The man was John McGovern.. He sent more photographs from the same area and I
anxiously translated the symbols and sent the texts back to him. I could not
believe that the same writing was so widely dispersed. The questions aroused by
this fact were profound. We went back and forth for about two weeks. Finally
John sent me something that made my hair stand on end.

I had expected to see an image of a rock or canyon face with the typically
pecked outline of the familiar shapes of the ancient proto-Canaanite language,
but as the image assembled on my computer screen it was white -a page from a
book - and it contained the phrase, in bold English letters, �The First I Am of
Yah to the Last I am of Yah.�

This was the exact phrase that Dr. Harris had translated from my photographs of
Colorado. It was the last panel of the 60 foot long script that described the
�burning sky.� The petroglyphs were at least 2000 years old so I was shocked to
see the same phrase on a printed page. I read his note, that accompanied the
image, �Hi mate. Thought this would grab ya!�

Needless to say I was curious about the book. I wrote back as fast as my fingers
could type, asking where this had come from and who wrote it. The delay from
opposite time zones was frustrating but John replied the next day with yet
another scanned image from the same book. This time it was a printed map of the
world.

I carefully looked at the map and noticed it had been marked by a dozen points.
North America contained three of them - one precisely printed on the area in
Colorado where I had found the petroglyphs. In Australia there was also a mark
that coincided with the location where John said he had photographed the
petroglyphs he sent to me. I was puzzled and confused. I wrote to John, asking
him to tell me everything he knew about the petroglyphs, the mysterious points
on the map and to help make some sense out of the whole phenomenon.

Oddly, John was not immediately forthcoming with his disclosure. He told me that
he had found my photographs by accident and that he had been similarly shocked
when he saw the similarities - even more so when he learned the location of the
petroglyphs. He alluded to a �secret group� of people that were aware of such
things and insisted that I not publish anything that he would tell me about the
matter.

Over the next several weeks, John McGovern sent me more pages from a rare book
called The Keys of Enoch, written by a man known as Dr. J. J. Hurtak. The book
was divided into various chapters, called �keys� and each key disclosed the
knowledge of a revelation that was supposed to have been experienced by Dr.
Hurtak concerning the future events of Earth and its people.

McGovern explained that the page he had sent to me was, ironically, the last
�key� in the book - much the same as it was the final panel in the long 60 foot
proto-Canaanite narrative. He also quoted other passages from the book that gave
the exact longitude meridian where the petroglyphs in Colorado would be found.
These were confirmed to be within 300 yards of the actual sites by checking my
detailed maps and surveys of the area.

I knew that Bill McGlone was alone in his discovery and appreciation of the
Colorado petroglyphs. They were so remote, and on private land, that it seemed
doubtful that Hurtak would ever have knowledge of their exact location.
Nevertheless, Hurtak had published these facts in the 1970s, well before McGlone
had even visited Colorado.

John described a similar experience in Australia. He had found the site with
similar petroglyphs in a very remote area of the Australian outback, many years
before he happened to read about the coincidental location described in Hurtak�s
book. Since there was only one zone in the entire Australian continent, McGovern
did not know what the other petroglyph in different zones would look like and so
he was surprised to see the same symbols in America.

We both knew we had found something significant. John was sure that it somehow
related to the prophecies in Hurtak�s book. But I was more hesitant to believe
this without exploring other possibilities.

In December of that year I got a new collection of images from my Australian
friend. These were in the same alphabet as the proto-Canaanite script but the
symbols were perfected in a font style and were beautifully cast in both stone
and bronze. The note that accompanied them simply read. �Hey mate - look what
they found in Yemen!�

ENTER THE QUEEN OF SHEBA

The images were from a small town called Mareb, in the Republic of Yemen. They
were taken by the University of Calgary who had sent an archaeological team to
finish the interrupted excavations of the famous archaeologist, Wendel Philips,
on whose character the famous series of Indiana Jones films were based.

Wendele Philips was not looking for the famed �lost Ark� when he began to search
the ruins of neighboring Ethiopia, but he did find the Western portion of the
queen�s kingdom there and followed the trail back to Yemen, to the small tribal
village of Mareb. There he convinced the Bedouin tribes to let him dig in the
sand and he soon found the top of a buried structure that once belonged to the
Queen of Sheba herself.

The University of Calgary had just started the excavations again when they
discovered a large wall that encircled the complex, 60 feet in height, 15 feet
thick, and covered with rows of script that no one could translate. The images
of this wall wee in McGovern�s e-mail to me. As soon as I saw them I could
recognize bits and pieces, familiar words and phrases of the proto-Canaanite
text. But this was all pristine text that had been protected by the desert sand
for 3000 years - not a worn and weathered petroglyph - and so I was anxious to
work on it.

I stayed up all night working on a single photograph of one section of the wall,
about 20 feet wide, that had a single line of symbols running in a horizontal
line. There were hundreds of symbols to be deciphered. My program was working
like a dream and I was filling a notebook with words as soon as they appeared on
the screen of my computer. I was so impatient that I didn�t bother to make sense
of the translation until I had completed the entire row that was visible in the
photograph.

The poem, or prose, was speaking about a �son,� a �father� and of the �beautiful
spirit.� There were also unusual ligatures, or combinations of two letters, that
formed the familiar word for �God,� spelled �El.� But what did it mean?

It read as follows: (portions of the text were obscured by some workers standing
in front of the wall)...�because the Son was aware of the essence that was in
him

�And when the happiness of the Son was poisoned by the news that his father
passing on the anger lifted when the son was told the location of the Father�s
great box of EL. (Ed. The Ark of the Covenant)

�Ans when the happiness of the Son was poisoned by the action of the beautiful
Lord�s movement the Son was made happy to swear to protect the box of EL, and to
be associated with the Lord�s spirit.

�And his gloom lifted.
The Son constructed a chamber for the beautiful Lord�s spirit and covered it up.
He accompanied the chamber of the Lord underneath to pray and to gain
understanding and to protect...� (interrupted again by workers in the
photograph)

It was beautiful to read words that had been hidden for so long, and also a bit
surreal. I didn�t know what it meant, who was the �son� and his �father?� And
what on Earth could the �box of EL� mean?

I sent my translations to Australia the next morning by e-mail. John seemed
pleased and rewarded me by sending another image. This one was a photograph of a
large brass plate, covered with the ancient alphabet, that had been found inside
the temple of Sheba. It was originally a cylinder that surrounded one of the
tall columns but only one side of a small portion was displayed. Still, it had
lots of symbols and was a good project to keep me from thinking about other
things.

This time the text spoke mainly about a woman who was referred to simply as �the
mother.� The text read from right to left, but because it was only a partial
view of the entire brass plaque, it started and ended in mid-thought.
Nonetheless, it was enough to piece together a story. By the end of the evening
I had finished most of it.

It seemed to be a continuation of the narrative on the wall.

...the Mother listened through the aperture of the Son in his chamber to see if
he renounced the agreement with the Lord �

...because the sorrowful mother assembled around the chamber a wall without
mortar so that she might rescue the son �

� she watched the son through the aperture and saw it illuminated and heard
thunder and feared for the son...

� the son increased his knowledge of the future and the son shook and trembled
from the knowledge of the unknown �

� to save her son because of the silence and because the worm had moved out from
the aperture and great was her sorrow �

� moved from silence to judge if the son foresaw the loving mother wail and
doubt his agreement with the Lord �

� the spirit (no translation) was happy to be made blind on account of the box
and the son�s brother-in-law suffered increased painful study �

� the round city to protect her poor son and the mother then slowly encircled
the foundation of the chamber �

� to judge the poor mother so the dwelling place of the box was obscured and the
mother was also fearful that the sea would rise �

� so the proud mother�s love for her only son made her to fortify the chamber of
the box in case the earth might tremble �

I was beginning to see a story in my notes, but the characters were unreal. I
needed to know more about this old kingdom, the Queen of Sheba and whether she
indeed had a son.

I worked tirelessly for hours on the stone. The stone was interesting because it
had a more casual style of printing, similar to hand lettering, and included a
few symbols I had never encountered before. It also had an end to the text.
There was a horizontal strip of letters that suddenly finished, leaving the
stone bare. But there were also chunks of the block that had been removed,
taking with them the letters and eliminating the possibility of translating the
missing words.

Again, the block started in mid-sentence:

�...the son also did not foresee the optimal time for drinking one�s fill
because of the unknown powers in the world of his future offspring and so the
world of his progeny would remained sealed �

� we pray that the crop (people) will be purified but do not encourage the
harvest (of the people) prematurely as the Lord will burn the evil nations from
the sky but let the son have dominion over the grain (creatures) and do not rise
up until friendly nations are here �

� enter also to destroy and let the son predict the leader of these ripe seeds
and the son will rejoice for the age of the �box of EL� �.

� the proud mother�s son loves the fresh nation but respect the dwelling place
of the body and tabulate the danger from salt water �

� and the son but do not bind the Lord to have plenty but unite the people in
prayer on the mound and woe let the friends of the son rejoice and love because
love can at last be lofty �

� real hiding place but wanted to agree to cause the Lord to escape but why shed
tears for the imprisoned? The mother made the construction to be worthy of the
delicate Lord and to praise the Creator ��

� the son foresaw the leader � (part of block missing here) � and the nation
revered this son indeed�

John McGovern called Dan on the phone.

John spoke with me for about an hour. He had just read my e-mail and the
translations and was very excited. I asked him if he had any idea what it all
meant and he then, for the first time, told me the story of Solomon, Sheba and
Menelik.

The time was around 1000 BC. Solomon had established his temple in Jerusalem and
his wealth and power were widely known throughout the region. The Ark of the
Covenant, the �box� that Moses had used to converse with God, was kept in the
temple�s �Holy of Holies.� Solomon had a son, Nathan, by one of his many wives.
Such was the custom of those times.

The Holy Koran, the Islamic text given to Mohammed by an angel of God, describes
a time when Solomon is told of another kingdom to the South, run by a woman,
that wealth and power equaling that of his own. He is told that the queen of
this empire is beautiful and wise. The news arouses his curiosity and he sends
messengers to invite the queen to visit him in Jerusalem.

The Queen of Sheba receives his invitation and is also curious to meet with this
distant king. She packs a large caravan of camels and brings gifts of gold,
frankincense and other precious commodities and arrives in Jerusalem, where she
and Solomon maintain a courtship, testing each other�s intellect and wisdom with
word games and puzzles.

It is believed that Solomon and Sheba were married, and that Sheba returned to
her palace in Yemen pregnant with her only son, Menelik.

Menelik grew wise and became curious to meet his father. When he reached
adulthood he made the journey North to Jerusalem. Upon meeting his father for
the first time, Menelik was greeted and welcomed by Solomon, who remarked how
much the young man resembled his own father, David. Menelik was given a special
ring and was asked to share a secret with Solomon prior to returning to the
Sabaean kingdom in Yemen.

A few years later, Jerusalem was invaded by the Assyrians and the temple was
destroyed. Shortly after this happened, Menelik is said to have been told where
Solomon had hidden the Ark of the Covenant and retrieve the Ark, protecting it
in his mother�s kingdom.

Not much is written about other events, or the location of the Ark, but the
queen soon abruptly abandoned her Yemen kingdom, with its elaborate palaces and
temples, and moved her kingdom across the Red Sea to Ethiopia. The land where
her once powerful and fertile kingdom was located was allowed to be absorbed by
the desert sands and forgotten. Soon, the queen�s old kingdom was itself invaded
by enemies, but the buried temple and palace were never found.

The present village of Mareb, in Yemen, is located near the famous dam that once
irrigated the Sabaean kingdom. It is an old city, built upon a mound and now
inhabited by Bedouins. The history and significance of the region had been
entirely forgotten, even to folklore, until the brief excavations by Wendel
Philips in the1950�s.

John�s research was brilliant. It made sense of the translated story. The
�mother� was the Queen of Sheba and the �son� was Menelik. Further, the �box of
EL� was the lost Ark! We had certainly found something significant but we were
both puzzled about what to do next.

In an act of desperation, I summarized my translations and sent them to Yemen,
to the attention of the president, Abdul Saleh. It was a long shot. I was no
one. I was a programmer with no background in either archaeology or linguistics.
Who would listen to me?

Apparently someone did.

One day I received an e-mail that invited me to write a brief summary for the
Yemen Times. I sent them the article and it was printed. Soon I was receiving
inquiries about the text and, ultimately, I was invited to come to Yemen to
inspect the site in person.

While the logistics of the trip were being considered, another surprising
invitation was made, this time by Dr. J. J. Hurtak - the author of the Keys of
Enoch. I was asked to meet with him at a restaurant in New York City, for lunch
and conversation. He said he had something to show me.

GLOWING ORBS AND OSIRIS

Hurtak�s briefcase contained about six color photographs that had been enclosed
in plastic. My first glance was at a photo showing Dr. Hurtak, speaking to a
small group of people, and was apparently taken by someone in his audience. It
showed Hurtak making a gesture with his hands, as if caught in the middle of an
animated lecture. What was unusual about it was the presence of a glowing point
of light that seemed to be hovering near his head and emitting a yellow-orange
light.

My eyes opened wide when I looked at the photograph. Hurtak watched for my
reaction and quickly shuffled to the next image. This one showed the Doctor in a
darkened room, standing on top of a translucent structure that glowed with a
blue luminescence. I had no idea what I was looking at, but Hurtak pointed to
the glowing under his feet and remarked, �That�s me, standing on the tomb of
Osiris.�

The remaining photographs were very odd. They were again of Hurtak. He was
outside and was surrounded by what first appeared to be several children. But on
closer examination, they were not children at all. Their features were muted and
somewhat obscured. They also glowed with a blue luminescence. I moved my head
closer to get a better look and thought I recognized the familiar big-eyed
archetypal extraterrestrial, reminiscent of Whitley Strieber�s book, Communion.
The only difference was that these little people were blue, not gray. They also
seemed to be more innocent - like children - and less menacing than the usual
agents of abductions.

Almost as soon as I had absorbed what I was being shown, the briefcase was
closed and put away. I sat there in silence, not knowing how to react.

At one point, Hurtak turned to me and said, �You know, Dan, you will be seeing
some of these same things in Yemen. Certainly things will change now. You have
started to translate the fire letters. It won�t be long now.�

I remembered that McGovern had mentioned the fire letters. This was what Hurtak
had called the petroglyphs that he predicted would be found at the dozen points
around the globe. The fire letters were to be translated and understood prior to
the next �great age,�, a time that would be marked by some sort of global
catastrophe.

McGovern had also told me that the �translator� was mentioned in the prophecy,
and that, like it or not, I was that person. I didn�t place any significance in
this declaration since I had not read the original prophecies in Hurtak�s book.
I also was well aware that Doctor Hurtak was a flesh and blood creature, like
me.

(After Dan went to Yemen his friend John McGovern in Australia asked him to come
there, which he did.)

We drove to a small town just outside of Adelaide. John stopped to speak with an
old woman who gave us permission to access her land and we hiked a short
distance to a large flat rock that resembled the slab foundation of a large
building. It was a natural formation made of hard, dark brown stone. There were
petroglyphs covering the entire surface.

The images, mostly circular shapes, had been pecked into the flat stone eons
ago. There was thick dark varnish covering the petroglyphs and they were well
worn by the wind and rain. It was almost impossible to see them until we climbed
an elevated rock that looked down on the slab. Then the images began to make
sense.

Viewed up close, each circle seemed meaningless. But when the entire rock was
viewed as a completed work it told a story. Each collection of circles was like
a frame in an animation. The circles moved from side to side and danced around a
stationary point. Some of the circles had radiating lines surrounding them.

John said the site was very old. Very old in Australia can be, well, very old.
Time seems to have slowed for many millennia on the continent until the arrival
of the colonists. The Aboriginal people lived without the need for technology or
change - what we have come to call progress - for longer than we can imagine. It
was not uncommon for some Aboriginal people to have traditions dating back to
the last ice age.

The Aboriginal mind is specialized for Australia. John did his best to explain
how these petroglyphs were likely part of the �dreamtime,� or collective memory.
Just as spiders know how to build their web, birds of a particular species can
build a uniquely shaped nest or return to the same migration site as they
ancestors, the Aboriginal people have incorporate certain memories in their
genes. These memories are not �learned,� in our way of understanding the word.
They are triggered by certain rituals or images and then become part of their
consciousness, just as if they were learned through direct experience.

These circles were likely part of this phenomenon.

In the last �frame� of this slab there was a curious image that caught my eye.
One of the circular shapes repeated as the image was read from right to left.
Each time the round shape became more distorted until the final shape resembled
a crude figure with a head, two arms and two legs. It was as if the circle had
morphed and become like a human.

I understood that there was something special about a vortex. If the same
petroglyphs were found in these specific locations then they must have had
something in common besides the language. But what?

The map I had been sent showed a dozen vortex points around the globe. One of
the locations coincided with the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. That made sense. But
the others were in remote places like the Ural Mountains, somewhere in
Afghanistan and off the Southern coast of Japan. Why such remote places?

John explained that the Earth had some type of energy field that surrounded it,
more complex than the simple magnetic field with North and South poles. This
field had twelve poles which coincided with certain fixed geographic points on
the Earth. It was here that contact with �the management� was possible.

We joked about his choice of words. �The management� was actually better than
trying to deal with over-used terms like, �aliens,� �angels,� or �Gods.� He
described a kind of corporate organization where sentient beings were
functioning as students, interns, guides and go-betweens. So when �management�
needed to call us to the home office, so to speak, they used the vortex.

These portals had been in operation for a very long time. The petroglyphs were
presumably left by people who had witnesses this contact or had come
specifically to engage the management. But he suggested another important
possible role of the vortex that peaked my interest.

The Earth has suffered, and will again, significant radiation from a variety of
celestial events, from super-novas to the mega-flares of our own Sun. These
blasts are capable of destroying all life and we are only partially protected by
out thin atmosphere and magnetic field. The energies are usually absorbed by the
planet through little understood meridians that cover the surface of Earth.
These facts were well known to me from an article I wrote a year before.

John proposed that a vortex was a �safe� zone, where survival was most
propitious. He suggested that perhaps the management intervened during
cataclysmic events and used these portals as an oasis of sorts.

I was not ready to believe this yet. I remembered the texts in Colorado which
spoke of the �burning sky� and the need to hide from the Sun. The location of a
safe zone would certainly be a plausible explanation for this text. I had my
doubts though.

THE FLINDERS RANGE

Colin Norris: I told him I was going to be visiting the Flinders Range. He found
a large map of the region and spread it on his dining room table. To the left of
Augusta, the road went North to Woomera. Here the map had an interesting area
colored red and marked �Restricted Area.� I asked him what was there. Colin
smiles, took a deep breath, and asked me to sit down.

Woomera was a strange place. Colin told me that it was the home of an American
military installation for the Air Force Space Command and an important testing
range for the Australian Defense Science and Technology Organization, a group of
defense contractors based in Adelaide whose chief member was Raytheon. It was
also an area with phased arrays, an antenna farm like Poker Flats in Alaska
(HAARP). Like Poker Flats, it also contained a missile testing range with silos
and launch pads.

�Stay away from there,� he warned.

The last thing I would have expected in the remote outback was a military
installation. Even more strange was the fact that it was manned by the American
Air Force. What were they doing here in Australia? And why were they in this
remote location? And why did this coincide with the vortex?

The time alone with John was a good opportunity to talk and listen. I learned
that my old ideas about God, the bearded old man on a throne, were about as
foolish as believing all matter was made from �stuff.� The universe is complex.
Just as that �stuff� can be broken down into molecules, atoms, particles and
quarks, deity is also diverse. The �management� that John described was a
complex hierarchy of beings that watched human development and provided periodic
adjustments.

�So there are no little green men in spaceships then?� I was being sarcastic,
but also a little disappointed.

�Well, I didn�t say that exactly, mate.

The petroglyphs were a few miles from the car and were located on the face of a
brown stone wall that formed a canyon with a river. It was similar to what I had
experienced in Colorado, although the Pergatoire River was much wider. This
river was easy to cross on foot and the petroglyphs were immediately visible.

The entire collection of carvings were speared over 100 feet and were all
covered with a thick layer of dark varnish. The age of these petroglyphs was
hard to estimate but they were in the same style as the ones in Colorado and
used the same symbols. I photographed as much as I could and copied some
inscriptions to a notebook.

As I I moved from panel to panel, I noticed a recurring symbol that repeated on
the stone wall. A pair of concentric circles was depicted, often with radiating
line surrounding the outer circle. I had seen this in Colorado also, but the
significance was unclear.

The terrain in front of the wall was flat and sandy. It would have made a great
place for a concert. Indeed the wall itself had a kind of step that formed a
flat, elevated stage, with the petroglyphs serving as an artistic backdrop. I
could easily imagine a gathering of Aboriginal people using this site for some
similar event.

When we returned to the campsite I was able to use the last few minutes of
battery power on my laptop to translate a string of symbols I had copied in my
notebook. It read:

�... In this place you will receive protection and power ��

The trip back provided me time to think. I was convinced that the writing was
similar to that in Colorado. But it was also the same alphabet that was used in
Yemen to describe the story of Queen Sheba and the Ark. Could I assume that the
same writing would be found in the other vortex points around the world?

As we passed through Augusta I remembered the military installations that was
adjacent to the Colorado vortex. Was this just a coincident or would there be
similar installations near the other points of contact with the �management?�

We began to focus on some of the other areas around the world wehre there were
alleged to be vortex points. The first one was in Brazil, just West of Sao
Paulo. Raytheon had a major presence in Brazil. Nicknamed �SIVAM,� the System
for Vigilance of the Amazon. Raytheon had placed a number antenna farms (HAARP?)
and radar systems in the Amazon jungle. There was a special �off limits� zone
just West of Sao Paulo. These arrays were linked to a central command post by
satellite and were designed to detect any anomalous activity surrounding the
vortex. Congressional records mentioned that a Brazilian atmospheric �heater�
under US control, similar to the one in Poker flats, was also located somewhere
in the region.

Another point on the vortex map was Southern Peru. It didn�t take long to learn
that Raytheon was there also. Maps showed the familiar �off limits� zone and
other records showed the installation of more antenna farms, satellite hookups
and a US military presence.

In Asia, the vortex fell on the area just North of the Afghanistan border, in
the Southern Ural Mountains. I was already familiar with this location since I
had written a piece about Yamantau. This super secret military installation had
eaten up billions of dollars and a significant portion of Russia�s impoverished
economy. It was an underground facility with millions of square feet that had
worried American congressmen.

Representative Bartlett asked Congress to investigate the need for such a costly
project and reminded other legislators that, �The only potential use for this
site is post-nuclear war...� He suggested that, with the end to the Cold War,
this made no sense, and suspected a ore sinister agenda was behind the project.

The other Russian vortex is located near Kazakhstan and coincides with the
secret zone around Svobodny.

It was no surprise to learn that Raytheon had a presence in these Russian sites.
The same systems of arrays and satellite hookups were installed and each vortex
point seemed to have an adjacent military zone that imposed a kind of
�checkmate.� In fact, Raytheon was at all of the vortex sites.

We seemed to have stumbled blindly on an important discovery that linked past
and present, good and evil and bridged the mundane with the fantastic.

The vortex points were important enough to have been marked in antiquity. If
they did represent some special geography where �contact� could be mad then they
deserved to be revered, much as the Temple Mound in Jerusalem is revered as the
navel of the world.

(Why then did a UFO come down over the Temple Mount in January of 2011 and a
baby without swaddling clothes was found in there afterwards? And what has
happened to that baby? Somehow I think this is all linked together.)

Perhaps it was through these special portals that civilization has been guided
and preserved through various cataclysms that have culled our population in the
remote past. It seemed less of a fantasy now. I had seen the writing that
described these areas as �safe zones� with my own eyes.

But the presence of military installations was puzzling. They seemed more to
hinder access to these zones than to protect them. The terrible weapon that I
had witnessed in Alaska (HAARP) was not beneficial to humanity. In fact, it was
patently evil. Now there were many of them, either completed or under
construction. Why?

If there was an organized deity, what John had called the �management,� could
there be an organized counterpart - an evil empire - organized on a global
scale, poised to fight for control of each vortex?

If the phased array �death ray� were ever actually used in these locations the
result might very well be perceived as the �burning sky.� The damage to the
ionosphere would allow radiation from space and our own Sun to burn our skin,
cause mutations and kill the vegetation. This was a known effect. And yet the
system was being positioned quietly, secretly, all over the planet.

John and I tried to understand this. We had many different theories and schemes
to explain what we had learned. But in the end it was the simple explanation
that seemed to make the most sense. There was evil in the world and we had
accidentally seen part of their plan for controlling the globe. We didn�t have a
name for them, nor did we understand their motives or agenda. But they were as
real as the �management�.

It seemed a far reach from the present world to one where the �evil� forces
could exert their dominance on the rest of the world. We were enjoying a
refreshing era of peace and prosperity in America. The military budget had been
reduced with the end of the Cold War and the nation�s coffers had a huge
surplus. There was little need for any New World Order.

I am wondering if the threat that was told by Lya, the ET, to Professor
Hernandez could be what was referred to as a threat in �The Rocks Speak?�


Lya never tried to evade my doubts. She was always predisposed to answer my
questions. However I noted that she went to great effort to try to explain with
the greatest clarity all that I asked.

On this occasion I asked her something that in those nights was confusing to me.

�Lya, you have told me that there exist civilizations that are highly
scientific, and who still have a profound respect for life. You have said that
many civilizations have implemented rules to protect the survival of other
societies.

�I see that you have been worried since I informed you that another race
intended to subject you. But something that you still do not know is that other
worlds cannot overpower whole planets without the acquiescence or the approval
of those who they intend to subject. You have been conditioned for such
subjection, and it seems to be that you finally will accept them.�

�How can you say that? I asked without understanding.

�Listen carefully, professor, because this that I have to say to you perhaps is
one of the most important of all our meetings.

I have told you before that you are threatened by the possible invasion of a
civilization -- and though you do not believe this, they have been preparing you
to accept the invasion through many intercessions. I told you one one occasion
that we are not among those designated to proceed to the rescue of worlds like
yours. But just as there is a civilization that is interested in subjecting your
world, there is another that is interested in rescuing many of you who desire
it. It is such that in the ambient universe, free will is respected. Because of
that I can tell this that you are going to hear; perhaps you will not understand
it now, but there will be someone who upon reading this will understand --
perhaps in fear -- that one of the great signs is that they will bring an end to
two thirds of the inhabitants of your planet. They are highly intelligent, and
have been preplanning this invasion slowly and carefully, sufficient that you
will accept the path of domination, the metamorphosis of a submission.

Of course they must have an excuse before the community of advanced
civilizations and have argued that the greatest hierarchies of your world cannot
successfully govern it themselves, that you are creating a technology out of
control, a technology without basic regulation. That the power of our armaments
has been at the expense of an indiscriminate waste of natural resources on the
part of each one of the most powerful countries on Earth, but the arsenals
achieved thus over the time of many years is a latent threat of itself, not only
for you, but also for he who believes that the system may see itself in danger.

Here I speak of the stellar system. Because all of the universe is in harmony,
your Sun, which to you is always burning �something,� does not burn anything. It
is a body adequate for offering energy for life. Well then, if perhaps a
disaster should occur on Earth, not only your solar system could be displaced
with force toward different orbits, but your star system could find itself
shaken and many of it�s planets would lost energy with the movement that will
alter their orbits.

Since you have not observed interstellar laws of mutual respect, and -- as you
are not integrated within a group of interstellar scientists, they know you as
beings of ephemeral existence and a low level of development, limited mental
capacity, and even more, a high degree of aggressiveness. Real extremes do not
exist among the great civilizations of this universe. There exists neither good
nor bad, black nor white, hate nor love, each one the antithesis of the other,
but all is harmony.

I will have to tell you on another occasion, about the first disaster that
occurred on your world which modified to high degree your orbital path, but that
is one of the reasons for which they intend to nullify your world before the
great civilizations...that and your elevated level of violence. For that, they
intend your subjugation, a submission, perhaps in part to save your community,
perhaps in part to gain supremacy over your planet. Nevertheless, people of
civilizations like MU, Dales, SIAN, and others have been coming to Earth to
study the exact grade of bellicosity you represent, and if it is now a threat to
the interstellar community and their intentions. They have made plans to
evacuate some of your humanity who desire to give an opportunity to your world
that sees itself impeded before the terrestrial human tendencies. Their
departure has been considered at space level. The Earth human has achieved
important scientific advances, but he has not come to modify his
characteristics. Enormous controversies have spring up over your world because
many civilizations are interested in knowing where they could take Earth humans.
At the same time, the great civilizations can do nothing if it is not in favor
of you, or perhaps you accept this submission, and in all manner cannot repel an
attack like this -- which could overcome (you).�

In the early 1950�s a select group of individuals began to publicly make claims
of having had direct physical contact with �human looking� representatives of
different extraterrestrial civilizations. These �contactees� claimed to have
been given knowledge of the extraterrestrials� advanced technologies,
philosophical beliefs and their efforts to assist humanity in becoming part of a
galactic society where open contact with off world civilizations would occur.

Contactees described the Extraterrestrials as benign, very respectful of human
free will, and ancestrally linked to humanity (thus dubbed the �space
brothers�.) Further revealed by the contactees was that extraterrestrials, who
were in many cases indistinguishable from humans, had secretly integrated into
human society.2

The apparent goals were to better acquaint themselves with different national
cultures, and/or to participate in an educational uplift program to prepare
humanity for galactic status. Contactees began to disseminate to the general
public the nature of their experiences and knowledge gained through interaction
with extraterrestrials.

Information revealed by contactees presented an unrivaled national security
crisis for policy makers in the U.S. and other major nations. Two main elements
comprised this crisis. First, the advanced space vehicles and technologies
possessed by extraterrestrial civilizations were far more sophisticated than the
most developed aircraft, weapons and communications systems possessed by
national governments.

This presented an urgent technological problem that required vast national
resources to bridge the technological gap with extraterrestrials. It led to a
second Manhattan project whose existence and secret funding would be known only
to those with a �need to know.� 3

Manhattan II, along with evidence of extraterrestrial visitors and technologies,
would be kept secret from the general public, the media and most elected
political representatives.

Second, extraterrestrial civilizations were contacting private individuals, and
even having some of their representatives integrate into human society.4

This was encouraging growing numbers of individuals to participate in a covert
extraterrestrial effort to prepare humanity for �galactic status� - where the
existence of extraterrestrials would be officially acknowledged and open
interaction would occur. Also included was the issue of nuclear disarmament.

Tens of thousands of individuals supported the contactees who distributed
newsletters, spoke at conferences and traveled widely spreading their
information for peacefully transforming the planet, and calling for an immediate
end to the development of nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons threatened more than
humanity�s future according to the extraterrestrials. Every detonation disrupted
the fabric of space that could also seriously affect their own worlds in
destructive ways.

Directly confronted were the policies of major nations that were actively
building nuclear weapons. Enormous revolutionary potential for the entire planet
was put forward. Thus, contactees presented an urgent national security need for
an extensive counter-intelligence program. Preventing the contactee movement
from becoming a catalyst for global changes through the teachings and
experiences gained from extraterrestrials became top priority.

Consequently, a highly secret and ruthless counter-intelligence program was
finally implemented that directly targeted contactees and their supporters.

A series of covert intelligence programs were implemented that aimed to
neutralize the revolutionary potential of the contactee movement. These programs
evolved in three stages that resulted in the final counter-intelligence program
that was adopted to eliminate any threat posed by contactees.
Stage one was the initial surveillance of contactees by intelligence agencies
that attempted to discern the scope and implications of human and
extraterrestrial interaction.
Stage two was the more active phase of debunking and discrediting contactees and
their supporters.
Finally, stage three was integrated into the FBI�s COINTELPRO which provided the
necessary cover for comprehensively neutralizing any possible threat by
contactees who might join other dissident groups for comprehensive policy
changes.
All three stages of the covert programs employed against contactees were
secretly run by the CIA, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI)
and the NSA, whose field agents were directly aware of the reality of
extraterrestrial life, and the contact and communications occurring with private
citizens.

This paper concentrates on the covert counter intelligence program adopted by
U.S. national security agencies that targeted contactees ever since the 1950�s
in an effort to nullify, discredit and debunk evidence confirming private
citizen contact with extraterrestrial civilizations, and the revolutionary
potential this had to transform the planet.



Phase One:
Intelligence Agencies Monitor Contactees

There is extensive documentation to establish that the FBI closely monitored
contactees, and were keenly interested in determining the scope of their
activities resulting from communications and interactions with
extraterrestrials.5

Declassified FBI documents establish that prominent contactees were subjected to
close monitoring where their statements and activities were investigated, and
field agents directly issued reports to the FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover. Field
agent reports suggest that the FBI Director was seriously trying to apprise
himself of the revolutionary potential posed by contactees and the threat to
U.S. national security.

This is not surprising given documentation that suggests the FBI was largely
left out of the intelligence loop concerning extraterrestrial technologies.6
Hoover was probably relying on surveillance of contactees to apprise himself of
the true situation concerning extraterrestrials.

George Van Tassel [photo on left] claims that in August 1953, he had a physical
meeting with human looking extraterrestrials from Venus. He subsequently
established regular �telepathic� communications with them where he was given
information that he shared with his many supporters and public authorities.

Popularity grew rapidly for Van Tassel who had many thousands that read his
newsletters and attended his public lectures. Thousands also attended Van
Tassel�s annual Giant Rock Flying Saucer conventions in the Mojave Desert that
began in 1954, and over a 23 year period became the key annual event for the
contactee movement.

FBI interest in Van Tassel dates from November 1953, when he sent a letter to
the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) at Wright Patterson Air Force base
on behalf of �Commander Ashtar� to deliver a �friendly warning� concerning the
destructive weapons then under development.7

This led to a meeting between Major S. Avner of the Air Force Office of Special
Investigations (AFOSI) who met with a liaison for the FBI, and culminated in Van
Tassel being interviewed by the two Special Agents on November 16, 1954. The
agents sent an extensive memo to J. Edgar Hoover detailing Van Tassel�s claims
to having been visited by extraterrestrials.8

Revealed by the memo is Hoover�s special interest in what the extraterrestrials
had to say about the atomic weapons, an upcoming Third World War, and their
ability to telepathically communicate with Van Tassel. Undisputedly, Van Tassel
was closely monitored by the FBI as evidenced in a document dated April 12, 1965
which states:
�Van Tassel has been known to the Los Angeles FBI Office since 1954." 9
Another contactee who received much FBI attention was George Adamski. Adamski
first became known in 1947 for his photos of flying saucers and motherships
taken with an amateur telescope on Mount Palomar, California, that received wide
coverage. He became the most well known of all contactees due to his
internationally bestselling books describing his meetings with
extraterrestrials.

The first book, Flying Saucers Have Landed (1953), was based on his November 20,
1952 Desert Center encounter with "Orthon� the Venusian occupant of an
extraterrestrial scoutcraft. Orthon proceeded to tell Adamski about the dangers
posed by nuclear weapons and the possibility that all life could be destroyed in
an uncontrolled nuclear reaction.

Four months later, in February 1953, Adamski claimed to have had another
encounter. He was picked up by two extraterrestrials at a Los Angeles hotel
lobby, and driven to a secret location where he again met Orthon and was taken
inside a Venusian mothercraft.10 Adamski�s UFO sightings and contacts with
extraterrestrials were supported by an impressive collection of witnesses,
photographs and films that a number of independent investigators concluded were
not hoaxes.11

Interest in Adamski by the FBI began in September 1950 when a confidential
source began relaying information to the FBI�s San Diego office. According to
the source, Adamski explained that the social system used by the
extraterrestrials most closely resembled communism.

This,
�raised eyebrows within the FBI, and led to continued, deep monitoring.� 12
Also according to the FBI source, Adamski claimed,
�this country is a corrupt form of government and capitalists are enslaving the
poor.� 13
Predictably, such comments led to Adamski being viewed as a �security matter.�

The source was never revealed by the FBI and so there was no way to evaluate the
source�s objectivity in relaying such prejudicial information. Adamski�s claims
that the extraterrestrials viewed the development of nuclear weapons as a threat
of the future of humanity, was a cause of deep concern among officials. It was
such views that led to the FBI considering him, along with George Van Tassel, as
a subversive that required close monitoring according to a 1952 document.15

A lecture by Adamski at a California Lions Club on March 12, 1953, was covered
by a local newspaper that reported that Adamski had official FBI and Air Force
clearance to present his material to the public. According to Adamski this
newspaper report was �incorrect�, but led to a visit by FBI and Air Force
representatives who were apparently concerned by references to official
clearance.16

The representatives demanded that Adamski sign a document that his material did
not have official clearance. J. Edgar Hoover�s office received the FBI and Air
Force representatives� report, together with the signed document. Popularity and
Adamski�s international travel led to the FBI and other intelligence agencies
paying close attention to his statements and public reactions.

Adamski claimed to have been given private audiences with Pope John XXIII, Queen
Juliana of the Netherlands and other VIP�s.17

In February 1959 Adamski traveled to New Zealand, and spoke before packed
audiences. A one page Foreign Service Dispatch with Adamski�s key talking points
was circulated to the FBI, CIA, Air Force and Navy thus confirming continued
monitoring of Adamski.

Other contactees who were monitored by the FBI according to declassified
documents included Daniel Fry, George Hunt Williamson, and Truman Bethurum.18

Information relayed by contactees concerning the social and economic systems of
the extraterrestrials, together with the extraterrestrials� criticism of the
nuclear weapons development occurring around the globe, led to them and their
supporters being considered a security threat. Given U.S. national hysteria over
communism during the McCarthy Era, this led to counter-intelligence programs
being implemented against the contactees.

Debunking and discrediting contactee claims were the most significant activities
that occurred.



Phase Two:
Debunking & Discrediting Contactees

An active role was played by the CIA in creating the necessary legal, political
and social environment for the debunking of flying saucer reports and
discrediting contactee claims. It did so by depicting flying saucer reports as a
national security threat insofar as mass hysteria over them could be exploited
by foreign enemies.

Solid justification for such a psychological program was built on the famous
1938 radio broadcast by Orson Welles. A renowned book on Wells� broadcast by Dr
Hadley Cantril focused on the psychology of panic, and was later widely cited by
national security experts in relation to public interest over flying saucer
reports.[19]

Consequently the CIA led covert psychological operations that would �educate�
the American public about the �correct facts� concerning flying saucer reports
and contactee claims.

One of the first actions taken by the CIA was to initiate the creation of an
inter-agency government group called the Psychological Strategy Board that would
deal with national security threats through covert psychological operations.

A Presidential Directive on April 4, 1951, created the Psychological Strategy
Board,
"to authorize and provide for the more effective planning, coordination, and
conduct within the framework of approved national policies, of psychological
operations."[20]
Initially set up by Gordon Gray, a top advisor to President Truman at the time
(and also later with President Eisenhower), the Psychological Strategy Board was
an interagency organization that was initially located within the CIA, but
reported to the National Security Council. Ostensibly the Psychological Strategy
Board would lead covert psychological operations to deal with the Cold War
threat.

The Cold War threat was a cover for its true function. In reality, the
Psychological Strategy Board was created to deal with the national security
threat posed by flying saucer reports and contactee claims that could undermine
the authority of the U.S. government. Evidenced in leaked government documents,
Gray is described as a founding member of the secret control group, allegedly
titled Majestic-12 Special Studies Group (MJ-12), which took charge of the
extraterrestrial issue.[21]

According to one of the leaked Majestic Documents, President Truman created the
Psychological Strategy Board after recommendation by the head of MJ-12.[22]
Gray�s leadership and the role of MJ-12 in its creation, helps confirm that the
Psychological Strategy Board was created to run psychological operations to
shape public opinion on the extraterrestrial issue.

Psychological Strategy Board success, together with its successor the Operations
Coordinating Board, and all covert psychological operations concerning
extraterrestrial life, was to only disclose the truth to those with a �need to
know.�[23]

This required the creation of a suitable national security cover for
psychological operations against the American public. Victory would be achieved
by the formation of a panel of experts that could shape government policy and
intelligence activities against those involved in extraterrestrial affairs.
Consequently, the CIA secretly convened a public panel of �impartial� experts to
discuss the available physical evidence.

Named after its chairman, Dr Howard Robertson, the Robertson Panel reviewed
cases of flying saucers over a four-day period for a total of 12 hours and found
none of them to be credible. Conclusions by the Panel were released in a
document called the Durant Report. It recommended ridiculing the �flying saucer
phenomenon� and the possibility of extraterrestrial life, for national security
reasons.

The Report is key to understanding the institutionally sanctioned debunking and
discrediting of evidence concerning extraterrestrial life. Confirmation of the
leading role of the CIA in convening the panel and choosing experts appears in
the Durant Report itself, despite efforts to suppress the CIA�s role in early
releases of sanitized versions.

The CIA�s Intelligence Advisory Committee had agreed that the,
�Director of Central Intelligence will � [e]nlist the services of selected
scientists to review and appraise the available evidence in the light of
pertinent scientific theories��[24]
Almost exclusively the Report focused on the national security threat posed by
foreign powers exploiting the American public�s belief in the flying saucer
phenomenon.

It declared:
�Subjectivity of public to mass hysteria and greater vulnerability to possible
enemy psychological warfare � [and] if reporting channels are saturated with
false and poorly documented reports, our capability of detecting hostile
activity will be reduced.�[25]
Consequently, the Robertson panel recommended an �educational program� to remove
the threat posed by enemy nations exploiting the public�s belief in flying
saucers:
The Panel�s concept of a broad educational program integrating efforts of all
concerned agencies was that it should have two major aims: training and
�debunking.� �The "debunking" aim would result in reduction in public interest
in "flying saucers" which today evokes a strong psychological reaction.

This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion
pictures, and popular articles.� Such a program should tend to reduce the
current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to
clever hostile propaganda.[26]
In conclusion, a Panel convened by the CIA, with experts chosen by the CIA,
reviewed a selection of flying saucer cases over a 12 hour period spread over
four days, and concluded that the public�s psychological reaction to flying
saucers was the basis of a possible security threat. The Cold War provided the
necessary security environment for the CIA and interagency entities such as the
Psychological Strategy Board, to claim that flying saucers could be exploited by
the Soviet Union using psychological warfare techniques.

Consequently, psychological operations would have to be conducted through the
mass media and official agencies to debunk flying saucer reports, and remove the
possible threat. Irrespective of the truth of contactee�s claims of having met
with extraterrestrials, this meant the public�s possible reaction to the reality
of flying saucers and extraterrestrial life justified debunking all contactee
reports.

Debunking techniques that could be used to discredit contactees as reliable
witnesses and make their claims appear ridiculous included:
making fun of contactee claims
media exaggeration of reported events
dismissal of all physical evidence by critics
repeatedly citing prominent authority figures who stressed delusion and fraud
emphasizing the lack of scientific interest in contactee reports
The Durant Report created the necessary legal justification to debunk evidence
provided by contactees regardless of the merits of their claims. This is
evidenced by the way in which the FBI and other intelligence agencies privately
interacted with contactees, and then made public statements or leaked
information to the media in ways that questioned the integrity of contactees.

For example, Adamski had communicated with the FBI, AFOSI and the Pentagon over
the content of material he would put in his books, or documents he would present
to the public. This is not surprising given that many contactees, like Adamski,
were former military servicemen that understood the importance of not doing
anything to threaten national security.

Adamski was led to believe that he was cleared to distribute a particular
document, and had made public statements to this effect. This led to the head of
the FBI�s public relations department, Louis B. Nichols, instructing Special
Agent Willis to meet with Adamski concerning the particular document in
question.

A subsequent FBI report dated 16 December 1953, stated:
Willis was told to have the San Diego agents, accompanied by representatives of
OSI if they care to go along, call on Adamski and read the riot act in no
uncertain terms pointing out he has used this document in a fraudulent, improper
manner, that this Bureau has not endorsed, approved, or cleared his speeches or
book.[27]
The FBI made public its views about Adamski�s alleged behavior in a way that
delivered a �huge blow to Adamski�s credibility.�[28] At the time when the
general public believed unquestionably in the accuracy of statements made by
public officials, such negative comments would be sufficient to end one�s career
or credibility.

Certainly, many in the general public interested in the flying saucer phenomenon
now believed Adamski to be a fraud. This was especially so for those advocating
a scientific investigation of flying saucers. What the public did not realize
was that intelligence agencies such as the FBI and AFOSI were intent on
debunking contactees as a matter of policy due to the threat they posed to
national security.

Thus contactees could be easily �set up� to believe something informally told to
them by insiders, and then be publicly confronted by other officials claiming
they had made fraudulent statements when they could not confirm what they had
been told.

Another way in which contactee claims were debunked was to have tabloid
newspapers such as the National Enquirer publish sensational reports that
embellished on actual contactee testimonies or were entirely fabricated by staff
reporters. Any subsequent investigations by researchers would demonstrate that
such claims were exaggerated or unfounded, thereby tainting the contactees and
UFO research more generally.


The World Weekly News
(an offshoot of the National Enquirer)
ran from 1979-2007
What was not generally known was that the National Enquirer was created and
controlled by known CIA assets whose covert assignment was to ridicule the
entire flying saucer phenomena. Gene Pope bought the New York Enquirer in 1952,
and relaunched it as The National Enquirer in 1954. Pope was listed in his Who�s
Who biography as being a former CIA intelligence officer and being involved in
�psychological warfare.�[29]

Chief instrument of the covert psychological operations used to debunk contactee
claims and flying saucer reports was The National Enquirer with its
sensationalistic tabloid style. The National Enquirer along with other media
sources covering contactee claims were part of the education program that
required the debunking of flying saucer reports. Predictably, the result of the
sensationalist tabloid approach to contactee claims was that serious reporters
and researchers would avoid stories covered by The National Enquirer.

As one of the chief instruments of the covert psychological warfare being
conducted by the CIA and other intelligence agencies against contactees, the
National Enquirer was a great success. It succeeded so well that influential UFO
researchers determined to establish the scientific merit in investigating UFO
reports, became unwitting allies to the covert psychological program to dismiss
contactee claims.

This is evidenced in remarks by leading UFO researchers such as Major Donald
Keyhoe who emphasized the need to separate genuine UFO reports from �the mass of
wild tales and usually ridiculous �contactee� claims�. [30]

Keyhoe along with other UFO researchers were greatly concerned about contactee
claims that were being exaggerated by the press,
�the press unfortunately lump all �spacemen� reports together causing many
people to reject all of the UFO evidence.�[31]
Essentially, Keyhoe viewed contactee reports as an embarrassment that needed to
be separated from the more scientifically oriented UFO research. Other prominent
UFO researchers followed Keyhoe�s approach thus creating a major schism among
those convinced extraterrestrial life was visiting the earth.

Successful debunking of reports of flying saucers and extraterrestrial life made
it possible for the CIA, FBI and military intelligence agencies, to move to the
third stage of their covert psychological operations.

Next, full scale counter-intelligence warfare techniques to disrupt and
neutralize the contactee movement.



Phase Three:
Galactic COINTELPRO

COINTELPRO was a counter intelligence program initiated in 1956 against
political dissidents that reportedly ended in 1971. It was primarily run by the
FBI; other intelligence agencies such as the CIA and NSA assisted in select
covert activities. COINTELPRO assumed that political dissidents in the U.S. were
being influenced by foreign powers in ways deemed a threat to U.S. national
security.

It is worth reviewing the techniques used by COINTELPRO with regard to political
dissidents to understand what occurred against contactees. In the case of both
contactees and political dissidents, the influence of �foreign powers� was
thought to justify military style counter-intelligence programs to disrupt and
neutralize these groups. The �off world� nature of one of these �foreign
powers�, extraterrestrials, did not appreciably change the nature of the
counterintelligence methods used against both �contactees� and political
dissidents. In both cases, the activities of these groups were deemed to be
threats to U.S. national security.

There were two significant differences in how COINTELPRO was respectively used
against political dissidents and contactees.
First, while intelligence agents were fully briefed about the �foreign powers�
influencing political dissidents, it is unlikely they were fully briefed in the
case contactees.
Second, while COINTELPRO against political dissidents was exposed and apparently
ended in 1971, the COINTELPRO used against contactees was never exposed. It
almost certainly continues to the present.
In 1975, a U.S. Senate committee chaired by Senator Frank Church investigated
COINTELPRO�s methods and targets, and published a detailed report in 1976.[32]

The Church Committee described COINTELPRO as follows:
COINTELPRO is the FBI acronym for a series of covert action programs directed
against domestic groups. In these programs, the Bureau went beyond the
collection of intelligence to secret action defined to "disrupt" and
"neutralize" target groups and individuals. The techniques were adopted
wholesale from wartime counterintelligence� [33]
Counterintelligence, as defined by the Church Committee, constitutes,
�those actions by an intelligence agency intended to protect its own security
and to undermine hostile intelligence operations.� [34]
The Committee described how,
�certain techniques the Bureau had used against hostile foreign agents were
adopted for use against perceived domestic threats to the established political
and social order.�[35]
The Committee described COINTELPRO as a series of covert actions taken against
American citizens, and was part of a �rough, tough, dirty business� according to
William Sullivan, assistant to the FBI Director.[36]

The Committee learned that:
�Groups and individuals have been harassed and disrupted because of their
political views and their lifestyle��[37]
The Committee found that COINTELPRO had,
�been directed against proponents of racial causes and women's rights, outspoken
apostles of nonviolence and racial harmony; establishment politicians; religious
groups; and advocates of new life styles.�[38]
Between the years 1960-1974, over 500,000 investigations had been launched of
potential subversives of the U.S. government, but no charges were ever laid
under statutes concerning overthrow of the U.S. government.[39]

The Committee grouped the activities conducted by COINTELPRO under the following
headings:
General Efforts to Discredit
Media Manipulation
Distorting Data to Influence Government Policy and Public Perceptions
"Chilling" First Amendment Rights
Preventing the Free Exchange of Ideas [40]
The Committee found that:
�Officials of the intelligence agencies occasionally recognized that certain
activities were illegal, � [and] that the law, and the Constitution were simply
ignored.�[41]
More disturbingly, the Church Committee concluded that: �Unsavory and vicious
tactics have been employed.�[42]

The Church Committee did not discuss COINTELPRO in regard to the UFO issue or
contactee claims. Despite that omission, circumstantial evidence clearly points
to COINTELPRO being used against contactees, and was the final stage of well
orchestrated counter-intelligence program to "disrupt" and "neutralize" the
contactee movement. As shown earlier in the cases of Van Tassel and Adamski,
contactee claims dealing with a range of socio-economic and military policies
from the perspective of extraterrestrial life, were viewed as subversive and a
direct threat to U.S. national security.

The full nature of the threat posed by the reality of extraterrestrial life and
technologies was vividly evidenced in the 1961 Brookings Institute Report
commissioned by NASA on behalf of the U.S. Congress. Titled, �Proposed Studies
on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs,� the
Brookings Report discussed the societal impact of extraterrestrial life or
�artifacts� being found on nearby planetary bodies.

The Report described the unpredictability of societal reactions to such a
discovery:
Evidences of its [extraterrestrial] existence might also be found in artifacts
left on the moon or other planets. The consequences for attitudes and values are
unpredictable, but would vary profoundly in different cultures and between
groups within complex societies; a crucial factor would be the nature of the
communication between us and the other beings.[43]
Devastating societal effects, according to the Report, could result from contact
with more technologically advanced off world societies:
Anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in
the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with
previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life
ways; others that survived such an experience usually did so by paying the price
of changes in values and attitudes and behavior.[44]
The Brookings Report went on to raise the possibility of suppressing any
announcement of extraterrestrial life or artifacts for national security
reasons:
�How might such information, under what circumstances, be presented or withheld
from the public?�[45]
Consequently, it is clear that official fear over societal responses to any
official announcement of extraterrestrial life was a paramount national security
concern. A powerful justification for the use of COINTELPRO against contactees
had been found.

One of the most important tactics used by COINTELPRO was to disrupt dissident
groups by creating divisions and suspicion among their supporters. In the
�Galactic� version of COINTELPRO, disruption occurred by dividing those who
accepted evidence confirming the reality of UFO�s and extraterrestrial life. A
division between exponents of a purely scientific approach to UFO data and those
supporting the testimonies of contactees was cleverly exploited by COINTELPRO
operatives.

Victory would be achieved by convincing more technically oriented supporters of
a purely scientific approach that the contactee movement would discredit
�serious� researchers. To help convince supporters of a scientific approach that
their efforts would eventually bear fruit, an official Air Force investigation
was launched in 1952.

Project Blue Book was little more than a public relations exercise by the U.S.
Air Force to convince the general public and UFO researchers that it was taking
UFO reports seriously. In reality, Project Blue Book provided minimal resources
for a serious UFO investigation and primarily acted as a vehicle for defusing
public interest in UFO reports.[46]

One of Project Blue Book�s primary functions was to carry out the first plank of
the �education program� recommended by the Durant Report. It would �train� the
general public how to correctly evaluate the UFO data in ways that would defuse
public and media interest in such reports. In short, Project Blue Book was a key
part of the covert psychological operations being conducted to convince the
general public and media that UFO reports were not important, and not worth
considering.

Nevertheless, the status of Project Blue Book as an official Air Force
investigation encouraged UFO researchers that rigorous sufficient methods and
research would eventually bear fruit. Such hopes were dashed in 1969 by the
Condon Committee�s final report which publicly put an end to the Air Force
investigation and Project Blue Book.

Another primary function of Project Blue Book was to neutralize the contactee
movement by depicting personal testimonies of contact with extraterrestrials as
unscientific. By providing a highly visible public investigation, Project Blue
Book provided the necessary �training� for scientific research that would
systematically exclude contactee reports.

UFO researchers would be encouraged to attack contactee reports as unscientific,
prone to delusion or fraud, and an insult to �serious� UFO research. Statements
by leading UFO researchers such as Dr Allen Hynek, a former consultant to
Project Blue Book, provide evidence that such a process occurred.

In a book purporting to provide the scientific foundations of UFO research, Dr
J. Allen Hynek dismissed testimonies of contactees who he regarded as
�pseudoreligious fanatics� with �low credibility value:�
I must emphasize that contact reports are not classed as Close Encounters of the
Third Kind. It is unfortunate, to say the least, that reports such as these have
brought down upon the entire UFO problem the opprobrium and ridicule of
scientists and public alike, keeping alive the popular image of �little green
men� and the fictional atmosphere surrounding that aspect of the subject.[47]
As Hynek�s statement makes clear, UFO researchers attacked contactee reports
with great vigor to defuse what they considered to be a major challenge to
serious public consideration of UFO reports. By encouraging UFO researchers that
a purely scientific method would result in the truth about UFOs and
extraterrestrial life eventually coming out, Galactic COINTELPRO succeeded in
creating a major schism among those accepting the reality of UFOs and
extraterrestrial life.

By the end of the 1960�s, the contactee movement had been so thoroughly debunked
and discredited by UFO researchers, that COINTELPRO no longer needed to have
Project Blue Book continue. UFO researchers had become an unwitting accomplice
of intelligence agencies secretly conducting the various covert psychological
programs that made up Galactic COINTELPRO.

Galactic COINTELPRO also had a more sinister side in terms of �unsavory and
vicious tactics� that were employed contactees that reflected methods used
against political dissidents.[48]

The mysterious Men In Black (MIB) phenomenon has been described by various
researchers who discovered that individuals with extraterrestrial related
experiences were often threatened and harassed by well dressed men in dark
business suits who gave the appearance of being public officials. Evidence that
elite intelligence groups were tasked to intimidate, harasses and even
�neutralize� contactees or others with direct experience with extraterrestrials
or their technology appears in a leaked document that a number of veteran UFO
researchers consider to be legitimate.[49]

The Special Operations Manual (SOM1-01) states:
If at all possible, witnesses will be held incommunicado until the extent of
their knowledge and involvement can be determined. Witnesses will be discouraged
from talking about what they have seen, and intimidation may be necessary to
ensure their cooperation.[50]
Investigations were also conducted by the US Air Force that was concerned by
reports that MIB impersonated Air Force officials. A March 1, 1967 memo prepared
by the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff described incidents where civilians had
been contacted by individuals claiming to be members of NORAD and demanded
evidence possessed by witnesses.[51]

The shadowy operations of the MIB and the SOM1-01 document suggests that they
were part of an �enforcement� division of the counter-intelligence effort that
comprised the FBI, the Air Force�s OSI, the Navy Office of Naval Intelligence
and even the CIA. It�s very possible that MIB were associated with more
secretive intelligence agencies such as the National Security Agency (NSA) and
National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) where selected agents had higher security
clearances for dealing with evidence of extraterrestrial life.[52]

Consequently, a pecking order existed among the intelligence agencies involved
in Galactic COINTELPRO where each conducted specific functions. Agents drawn
from the FBI, the Air Force OSI (and other military intelligence units including
the Navy�s ONI) were primarily involved in intelligence gathering, and closely
monitoring the activities of contactees as evidenced in FOIA documents.

The CIA was involved in coordinating debunking and discrediting efforts against
contactees through a public education program outlined in the Durant Report. The
NSA and NRO were involved in tracking communications and interactions with
extraterrestrial life, and provided enforcement teams to withdraw evidence and
intimidate contactees into silence.

Galactic COINTELPRO could therefore minimize the amount of extraterrestrial
related information held by different sections in each intelligence agency where
agents were instructed to perform specific functions. Most out of the loop
concerning the reality of extraterrestrial life and the merit of contactee
claims was the FBI.

On the other hand, the NSA and NRO appeared to be most in the loop due to their
monitoring of extraterrestrial activities through electronic communication and
satellite imagery. Military intelligence agencies appeared to fill intermediate
functions where they supported Galactic COINTELPRO without being given access to
all information concerning extraterrestrial life and projects.

This is evidenced in Vice Admiral Tom Wilson, the head of Intelligence for the
Joint Chiefs of Staff (J-2) in 1998 who reportedly was out of the loop on
extraterrestrial related projects. [53]



CONCLUSION

Galactic COINTELPRO against contactees aimed to minimize the threat posed by
human looking extraterrestrials to the policies adopted by secretly appointed
committees with regard to extraterrestrial life and technologies. Primarily the
threat from the extraterrestrials was that they would succeed in having
contactees convince large portions of the American and global public for
comprehensive policy changes to prepare humanity for status as a galactic
society.

Such policy changes were considered a direct security threat by policy makers in
the U.S. and in other countries who were briefed about the reality of
extraterrestrial life.

Galactic COINTELPRO involved three interrelated phases that culminated in a
comprehensive counter-intelligence program to neutralize and disrupt the threat
posed by the contactee movement.
First was a surveillance program orchestrated by the FBI which closely monitored
the contactee�s public lectures, interactions and communications. Documents
released through FOIA have confirmed that the FBI conducted extensive monitoring
of prominent contactees, and worked with other intelligence agencies such as the
Air Force OSI.

The second phase of Galactic COINTELPRO was a debunking and discrediting program
secretly run by the CIA which convened the Robertson Panel which issued the
Durant Report in 1953. Its most important finding for the counter-intelligence
program was to justify an education program comprising �training� the public and
�debunking� witness testimonies, including contactees, on the basis of the
national security threat posed by the public�s belief in UFO�s being exploited
by foreign enemies.

Irrespective of the merit of contactee claims, this meant that evidence and
statements would be debunked and discredited on national security grounds.
Intelligence professionals in the unenviable position of debunking and
discrediting people who they may have privately concluded were genuinely
describing actual events that had occurred to them.

FBI documents establish that FBI agents and sources played an active role in
discrediting prominent contactees as part of the CIA�s psychological program
against contactees.

Galactic COINTELPRO�s final stage was to create a schism between those accepting
evidence of extraterrestrial life. A group of UFO researchers advocating a
scientific methodology were encouraged to disassociate themselves from contactee
claims that were regarded as unscientific, and unlikely to lead to public
support by academics, bureaucrats and congressional representatives.

Project Blue Book was created to encourage UFO researchers to hold on to the
misguided belief that a strict scientific methodology would be sufficient to
overturn government policy on covering up the reality of extraterrestrial life.
UFO researchers therefore led the charge against contactee claims being
seriously considered.

Aided by the Project Blue Book investigation, the public was trained in what
categories of UFO evidence ought to be considered legitimate. None of these
categories included contactee claims.
Galactic COINTELPRO could not have succeeded without the unwitting assistance of
veteran UFO researchers who were all too eager to dismiss contactee claims as
unscientific and prone to delusion or fraud. Such researchers failed miserably
to anticipate the Galactic COINTELPRO that had been implemented to disrupt and
neutralize contactee testimonies, and readily accepted official statements
questioning the integrity of contactee claims.

Indeed, the eagerness with which UFO researchers established themselves as the
gatekeepers of serious scientific research into UFOs, and debunked contactee
claims marks the most tragic aspect of six decades of research into UFOs and
extraterrestrial life.

Another key factor in the success of Galactic COINTELPRO to the present has been
the compartmentalization of extraterrestrial related information. This made it
possible for intelligence agencies to perform specific functions within Galactic
COINTELPRO without agents being informed of the truth of contactee claims.

The success of debunking and discrediting contactees would have to depend on
intelligence agents believing contactees were a genuine security threat.
Consequently, extraterrestrial related information was made available on a
strict need to know basis ensuring that only a selected group of individuals
within different intelligence agencies were briefed at all.

A summary table can be compiled for key intelligence agencies, their respective
activities in Galactic COINTELPRO, and their level of access to extraterrestrial
related information.

In conclusion, many pioneering men and women who may have accurately related
their physical contact with extraterrestrials had their reputations and careers
systematically undermined by public officials, the mass media and UFO
researchers. It appears that such an outcome was intended as part of an official
Galactic COINTELPRO that continues to the present day.

In contrast to the termination of the FBI�s COINTELPRO against political
dissidents in 1971; it is very likely that individuals in public office, the
mass media and among the UFO research community may be active agents of an
ongoing COINTELPRO against contactees.

It is hoped that exposure of Galactic COINTELPRO will help dispel the reflexive
dismissal of contactee testimonies that has up to the present hindered an
objective evaluation of direct physical contact between private citizens and
extraterrestrial life.

I wonder how many of us are cognizant of what the Zetas call the Sun’s three
(3) Magnetic seasons? According to them, the Sun has three magnetic seasons in
which each has an effect on our planet earth. The three seasons are December,

as many parts of Europe are experiencing water for gardens is drawn from
atypical sources thus ecoli within the cucumbers of Spain is not surprising. As
always the extensive use of antibiotics in herd management can allow resistant
germs to flourish. A return to more natural agriculture is the cure but is
unlikely to be adopted until after the pole

ZT Predicted Monster-Mega/European Tsunami
After the New Madrid adjusts, the Atlantic will adjust at the same latitude,
across from the continental US and from Mexico, which will surge to the west.
This would seem to place the tsunami directly across from the mouth of the
Mediterranean and Spain and the coast of Africa. But this is not a typical
tsunami that like most has a push in a particular direction. Most tsunami
results from a plate dropping or rising, and thus there is a bulk of water with
more pressure than the surrounding ocean. Thense the rapid movement away from
that point of pressure. If land rises the tsunami is moving away from the back
of the rise. If land drops, it is moving from where water has rushed into the
void, away from the lip of land that rose above the dropping plate.

But the thrust northward will continue and will assault the coastline of the UK
directly, and secondarily the coastline of France and Norway. France can
anticipate a tsunami of 100 feet, Spain perhaps 30-40 feet, the UK 200-300 feet,
and Norway 50-75 feet. The full brunt of the tsunami that strikes the UK will
also wash through the English Channel, entering the North Sea, and clashing with
the any flow coming down from the Norwegian Sea. The lowlands in the North Sea
can expect a tsunami an estimated 100 foot high. The speed and force of the
tsunmai as it reaches these lowlands will be lessened, however, so blockades
such as storm doors may be somewhat useful in countries such as the Netherlands.
Nevertheless, much flooding will occur, forcing the residents in these countries
to face what is coming for them during the pole shift.

Was our statement that the coastlines of some areas would become uninhabitable
prior to the pole shift in regards to the European tsunami and potential
repeated hits? This and other coastlines will become uninhabitable because of
storms from the sea. The coastlines that have been scoured clean of buildings
because of the European tsunami will not be resettled, and not just because of
insurance issues. There will be repeated tsunamis, though not as large as the
initial one we have described, but enough to keep the populace fearful of a
repeat. The severe wobble will also create tides that will assault coastlines in
predictable places. Follow where the ocean currents go today, and exacerbate
them to get an idea of what areas might be hit. This is not altogether a curse,
but a blessing, as residents on those coastlines will have moved inland prior to
the pole shift, For them, a life saving maneuver.

be stricken by one Hell-of-a mega monster Tsunami which will range in height

The folding of the Pacific (whereby the Marian Trench folds against the Mariana
Plate, which folds against and under the Philippine Plate, which folds against
and under the plate tongue holding Indonesia) will of course involve Japan in
the shocks. How would this not be so? The Philippine Plate is also pushing under
the south island of Japan, and the point of juncture at Mount Fiji, a
three-plate boundary where the Pacific and Philippine plates slide past each
other, will be a focus. The south island will have jolts as the Philippine Plate
tilts and pushes under it, and Mount Fiji will also receive jolts as the Pacific
Plate reverberates from having the Philippine Plate scrape along its side. These
quakes we would place in the magnitude of 8, though they will be downgraded to
be in the range of magnitude 7. The north island shocks will be worse, as the
Pacific Plate is not going to tilt the way the Philippine Plate did, thus it
will ram its way under the
  north island. Here is where the great shocks will occur, where they will
unquestionably be called of a magnitude 8 but will in truth be more akin to
magnitude 9 quakes.

As horrific as this quake has been for Japan, it is not the start of the Japan 7
of 10 events we have described. For the 7 of 10 events, Japan must experience a
series of quakes, starting on the South Island and then proceeding to the North
Island. This quake is of that size, but not in the correct sequence, not yet.
The sinking of Indonesia was predicted to occur without significant quakes
there, what we called a silent adjustment. The rolling of S America is predicted
to have a series of significant quakes in the 8-9 range. The African roll and
drop will again be silent and the adjustment of the New Madrid again involving
significant quakes in the 8-9 magnitude range. The New Madrid adjustment in
particular will be confusing to many, as quakes will increased in frequency and
severity, so that quakes of magnitude 6-7 are not uncommon in the New Madrid
area before the large 9+ quake that accompanies the tearing of the fault line
occurs. Thus quakes can
  occur before the 7 of 10 adjustment, but not be an indication that the 7 of 10
sequence has jumped ahead.

The appearance of this mothership was deliberately timed so as to be included in
an official Telegraph documentary. Both the small UFOs - several bright lights
zipping around - and the mothership are genuine. The mothership is showing off,
turning in all directions. Showing it is from the side a saucer shape, and from
the top or bottom a disc shape. Showing that it appeared suddenly from behind a
cloud and disappeared just as rapidly, exiting with great speed into the
distance. The appearance occurred because the Council of Worlds deemed the world
to be ready for such a sight, and because the Telegraph was deemed likely to
broadcast it openly, which it did. The message is of the Awakening - that benign
alien life exists elsewhere and is currently visiting the Earth.

A Soldier Encounters St. Michael

This was forwarded to us by a reader:

There's a story about a young Marine named Michael who wrote a letter home to
his mother while he was in the hospital after having been wounded in Korea in
1950. A Navy Chaplain named Father Walter Muldy apparently was given the letter,
checked the facts and concluded what was in the letter was true. A year later he
read the letter in public for the first time, to a gathering of some 5,000
Marines at the Naval Base in San Diego. Here is the letter:
Dear Mom,

I wouldn't dare write this letter to anyone but you because no one else would
believe it. Maybe even you will find it hard but I have got to tell somebody.
First off, I am in a hospital. Now don't worry, ya hear me, don't worry. I was
wounded but I'm okay you understand. Okay. The doctor says that I will be up and
around in a month.

But that's not what I want to tell you.

Remember when I joined the Marines last year; remember when I left, how you told
me to say a prayer to St. Michael every day. You really didn't have to tell me
that. Ever since I can remember you always told me to pray to St. Michael the
Archangel. You even named me after him. Well I always have.

When I got to Korea, I prayed even harder. Remember the prayer that you taught
me? "Michael, Michael of the morning, fresh chord of Heaven adorning," you know
the rest of it. Well I said it everyday. Sometimes when I was marching or
sometimes resting. But always before I went to sleep. I even got some of the
other fellas to say it.

Well, one day I was with an advance detail way up over the front lines. We were
scouting for the Commies. I was plodding along in the bitter cold, my breath was
like cigar smoke.

I thought I knew every guy in the patrol, when along side of me comes another
Marine I never met before. He was bigger than any other Marine I'd ever seen. He
must have been 6'4" and built in proportion. It gave me a feeling of security to
have such a body near.

Anyway, there we were trudging along. The rest of the patrol spread out. Just to
start conversation I said, "Cold ain't it." And then I laughed. Here I was with
a good chance of getting killed any minute and I am talking about the weather.

My companion seemed to understand. I heard him laugh softly. I looked at him, "I
have never seen you before, I thought I knew every man in the outfit."

"I just joined at the last minute", he replied. "The name is Michael."

"Is that so," I said surprised. "That is my name too."

"I know," he said and then went on, "Michael, Michael of the morning ..."

I was too amazed to say anything for a minute. How did he know my name, and a
prayer that you had taught me? Then I smiled to myself, every guy in the outfit
knew about me. Hadn't I taught the prayer to anybody who would listen. Why now
and then, they even referred to me as St. Michael. Neither of us spoke for a
time and then he broke the silence.

"We are going to have some trouble up ahead."

He must have been in fine physical shape or he was breathing so lightly I
couldn't see his breath. Mine poured out in great clouds. There was no smile on
his face now. Trouble ahead, I thought to myself, well with the Commies all
around us, that is no great revelation. Snow began to fall in great thick globs.
In a brief moment the whole countryside was blotted out. And I was marching in a
white fog of sticky particles. My companion disappeared.

"Michael," I shouted in sudden alarm.

I felt his hand on my arm, his voice was rich and strong, "This will stop
shortly."

His prophecy proved to be correct. In a few minutes the snow stopped as abruptly
as it had begun. The sun was a hard shining disc. I looked back for the rest of
the patrol, there was no one in sight. We lost them in that heavy fall of snow.
I looked ahead as we came over a little rise.

Mom, my heart stopped. There were seven of them. Seven Commies in their padded
pants and jackets and their funny hats. Only there wasn't anything funny about
them now. Seven rifles were aimed at us.

"Down Michael," I screamed and hit the frozen earth.

I heard those rifles fire almost as one. I heard the bullets. There was Michael
still standing. Mom, those guys couldn't have missed, not at that range. I
expected to see him literally blown to bits. But there he stood, making no
effort to fire himself. He was paralyzed with fear. It happens sometimes, Mom,
even to the bravest. He was like a bird fascinated by a snake. At least, that
was what I thought then. I jumped up to pull him down and that was when I got
mine I felt a sudden flame in my chest. I often wondered what it felt like to be
hit, now I know..

I remember feeling strong arms around me, arms that laid me ever so gently on a
pillow of snow. I opened my eyes, for one last look. I was dying. Maybe I was
even dead, I remember thinking well, this is not so bad. Maybe I was looking
into the sun. Maybe I was in shock. But it seemed I saw Michael standing erect
again only this time his face was shining with a terrible splendor. As I say,
maybe it was the sun in my eyes, but he seemed to change as I watched him. He
grew bigger, his arms stretched out wide, maybe it was the snow falling again,
but there was a brightness around him like the wings of an angel. In his hands
was a sword. A sword that flashed with a million lights. Well, that is the last
thing I remember until the rest of the fellas came up and found me. I do not
know how much time had passed. Now and then I had but a moment's rest from the
pain and fever. I remember telling them of the enemy just ahead.

"Where is Michael," I asked.

I saw them look at one another. "Where's who?" asked one.

"Michael, Michael the big Marine I was walking with just before the snow squall
hit us."

"Kid," said the sergeant, "You weren't walking with anyone. I had my eyes on you
the whole time. You were getting too far out. I was just going to call you in
when you disappeared in the snow."

He looked at me, curiously. "How did you do it kid?"

"How'd I do what?" I asked half angry despite my wound. "This marine named
Michael and I were just ..."

"Son," said the sergeant kindly, " I picked out this outfit myself and there
just ain't another Michael in it. You are the only Mike in it."

He paused for a minute, "Just how did you do it kid? We heard shots. There
hasn't been a shot fired from your rifle. And there isn't a bit of lead in them
seven bodies over the hill there."

I didn't say anything, what could I say. I could only look open-mouthed with
amazement.

It was then the sergeant spoke again, "Kid," he said gently, "every one of those
seven Commies was killed by a sword stroke."

That is all I can tell you Mom. As I say, it may have been the sun in my eyes,
it may have been the cold or the pain. But that is what happened.

Many years ago we were visiting relatives in Wyoming, and I asked an aunt if she
knew anything about the strange cattle mutilations reported throughout the west.
She quietly nodded and brought out some news clippings about a Cousin's personal
experiences concerning cattle mutilations, his abduction and other events
connected with UFO's. According to detailed accounts in The Casper Star-Tribune
(6/29/80, 9/28/80, 6/2/83) his adventure began when he felt a compulsion to dig
a well on his ranch, a 1,100 acre parcel situated about 30 miles north of
Laramie near Bosler. The prairie basin area is about 7,200 feet above sea level,
and (in 1971) was mostly covered with sagebrush. Most people didn't think there
was any water, and well digger companies refused to drill for what wasn't there.
Pat was convinced there was water, so he and a friend built their own rig and
started drilling. A geologist was helping Pat in the final days of digging the
well. Pat had invented a special drill blade to cut through the rocky ground.
One evening there was a huge bang on the side of the trailer house where Pat and
the geologist were sleeping. The geologist was scared to death. Pat jumped out
of bed and into his boots. He hit the floor running and yelling, "the water is
here, the water is here." Sure enough the well gushed 8,000 gallons of pure,
soft water per minute.

His neighbors thought he was crazy, but their jokes turned to awed disbelief
when they realized he'd tapped into an underground river at 350 feet. Pat was
able to turn his sagebrush ranch into an oasis of irrigated grassland. His was
the only land in the area with enough water for cash farming. Neighboring
ranches failed to find any water. The next summer Pat planted crops. Through
difficulty he got the water wheels to water the crops. In the mornings he would
go out to inspect the equipment. More often than not he would find that someone
had tampered with the wheels and he would have to repair them. He did see
someone once at night through his telescopic scope. Pat never did figure out who
was sabotaging his water system. After the crops were harvested Pat took them to
the elevator. It was a prime crop, perfect in every way. All the elevators were
full so they stockpiled the crops on the ground. When it was time to sell the
crop someone had mixed a lot of other types of crops into his. The buyers said
it was tainted and would not take it. Pat had been counting on the money from
the crops to pay for the ranch and the water system. After that everything went
downhill for him.

We remembered seeing a strange story on television's "That's Incredible." In
October 1973, a man elk hunting with his brother-in-law in Wyoming's Teton
Mountains became lost for six hours. When he was found he couldn't remember
anything during those hours. At the time we didn't realize the man was Pat. It
wasn't until 1978 that Pat began to realize what happened. That's when he met
Dr. Leo Sprinkle, a noted parapsychologist and UFO authority at the University
of Wyoming. Under hypnosis, Pat recalled being lost in a snowstorm while hunting
Elk in the Tetons near Jackson, and of being taken aboard a spacecraft into an
oval room, where aliens telepathically instructed him to plan for the well. The
aliens appeared to be humans about 6 feet tall, weighing around 200 pounds. They
had large eyes, thin lips, were bald and had no bridge on the nose. Their
clothing was black except for a silver belt buckle with a star resembling the
Star of David. Pat wasn't sure about them being from outer space, or another
dimension, but their craft was propelled by a sophisticated magnetic system. If
the destination was a distant planet, the system simply locked onto the planet,
and the planet's magnetic pull drew the craft to it at tremendous speed. They
could hover motionless indefinitely, or perform impossible maneuvers.

The aliens told him that they were monitoring his well for some reason. Once he
tried to shoot at them, but they paralyzed him from the neck down until they
left, so he decided to leave them alone. Dr. Sprinkle believed his experiences,
descriptions of the craft and beings, because they were similar to the accounts
of about 200 others he'd worked with.

In 1980 Pat invited Dr. Richard Fleck from the University of Wyoming,
Star-Tribune newspaper photographer Richard Foertsch and reporter Greg Bean out
to the ranch to "watch the show" as Pat called it. That night they camped on a
hillside overlooking the vast basin where the farm was with cameras ready to
photograph their first UFO. Around 3:00 a.m., a strange sequential light
flashing blue, red, yellow and white appeared on the horizon. It moved straight
up and down...several hundred feet at a time. Then stopped and rocked back and
forth across the sky. For about fifteen minutes the object continued it's cosmic
dance and then flashed across the sky. According to the reporter, "The landscape
was too dark to allow a photograph with perspective, and the object was too far
away to recognize any exact detail." The witnesses weren't certain about what
they saw, but felt less skeptical.

Pat's sister said she didn't believe him either when she and her husband first
moved there, "But when one of the things lands in the field in front of the
house, or hovers directly overhead, it's hard to ignore." At first Pat's
children were frightened, but eventually got used to the intrusions. The craft
were about 300 feet wide and 60 feet tall. The Star-Tribune reported that the
only time Pat was frightened was after he and his brother-in-law saw a hovering
craft pick up a young calf one evening in 1976. He thought it was a government
craft. He became determined to catch whomever was doing it. Night after night he
watched and sure enough one night a light from a craft came down an picked up a
calf. At that point he was watching through his telescopic lens on his rifle. He
started to squeeze the trigger. At that moment he became completely paralyzed.
He could only move his head. An entity named Michael allegedly appeared for the
first time right beside him. Pat almost had a heart attack. The entity was six
feet tall, and wore a black, skin tight jump suit that looked like spandex
material. He wore a belt with the insignia of a six pointed star on the buckle.
Two weeks prior to the incident, two of Pat's cows had been mutilated within a
few miles of the house. After that there were no other mutilations or other
aggressive actions, so the family felt relatively safe.

A 1983 article by Peter Rondinone in Anuti Matter magazine (p. 151) related that
Wyoming's Governor Ed Herschler defeated Pat (in 1982) after one of the most
bizarre gubernatorial primaries in American history. During his first rally in a
shopping mall, he yelled, "A vote for me is a vote for extra-terrestrials." The
governor expressed dismay that the 8,000 votes for Pat proved a lot of people in
Wyoming had seen UFO's. However, Pat thought his UFO pro-Israel claims made some
people think he was nuts. In fact, his children were asked by classmates if that
crazy man was their father. Things got worse. On June 2, 1983, Pat notified the
Star-Tribune that he was going to file suit in the federal court at Cheyenne
against the CIA, the FBI and Air Force intelligence. His complaint was that
these agencies suppressed information that UFO's working with an unnamed foreign
power were vandalizing his property. He asserted that the FBI said they knew who
was doing it but they couldn't tell him. The overall result was that he suffered
complete financial ruin and the State Loan Board foreclosed on his property.
According to one of his acquaintances, "The land was confiscated and sold at
auction to the Federal Land Bank...Last we heard it was sold to the University
of Wyoming."

His experience was so bazaar that relatives don't want to talk about it. The
more we read about his contacts with the entity Michael, the more schizophrenic
he appeared to be. His recollection of the "men in black," seems to have
occurred during his 24 hypnotic sessions with Dr. Leo Sprinkle, after which he
followed the political directives of the entity Michael. This prompted me to
visit Sprinkle's web site. Researching on the Internet is like stepping inside
an encyclopedia shopping mall. I found it interesting that the University of
Wyoming psychologist also recalled having been on board a UFO when he was a boy.
"It happened when I was a fifth grader in a small town in Colorado. I was aboard
a space vehicle of some kind, looking out a large window at the stars rushing
by. A tall man (at least I believe it was a man) was standing beside me, his
hand resting on my shoulder...He said to me, 'Leo, learn to read and write well.
Then, when you become a man, you can help people learn about their purpose in
life."

Many scholars wonder about the effects of hypnosis on those subjected to it.
Consequently, criminal evidence obtained in this manner is no longer acceptable.
Pat's strange experiences became reality after hypnosis. The aunt who gave us
the newspaper articles wrote us that, "This McGuire never drank or smoked that I
know of. He had a real nice wife and children. He wanted to do big things....and
went up this side of Laramie and drilled a well. It put out a terrible big
stream of water. I saw him plug the pipe so kids wouldn't crawl in it..." She
mentioned that after he got in with Dr. Sprinkle he changed, wound up divorcing
his wife and married someone else. "The Federal government took part of his
place on top, and the State took the other part." She said, "He didn't talk
about the UFO's anymore, although they were reported all over the
country..."whether this is real or imagination...time will tell, I suppose."

The result of Pat's strange experience was summed up by his friend who wrote,
"Through the years I have observed him going through many disheartening events
until today he is a broken man, without hope. If ever there was a person that
needed help and compassion from his fellow man, it is Pat. The last time I saw
him the laughter was gone and I found it hard to coax a smile out of him. Pat is
an Irishman and you all know how they love to laugh. When he laughs the sparks
jump right out of his bright blue eyes. He is a great person to be friends
with."

It appears that Pat wanted to get to the bottom of things that were happening on
his ranch, so he went to an expert at the University for help. Instead of
getting better, things went from bad to worse.

AND NOW MY ARTICLE I WROTE ABOUT PAT (While he was still with us)

Pat McGuire, Laramie, Wyoming rancher became a good friend during our stay. In
fact we bought a snowmobile from him. We became very familiar with his contact
story as he came to stay overnight with us at Arlington, Wyoming several times.

To know Pat is to love him. He is so funny; that is -- when he is happy. In the
last few years he has not been very happy due to the treatment he has received
in Laramie. Pat and I have always had a special relationship laughing and
joking. At this point there are only a couple of people in the UFO field Pat
will trust. He has been treated shabbily by UFO researchers.

Pat's story began when he was living on his 5,000 acre spread. He kept a lot of
livestock on his ranch. One night he observed a UFO picking up one of his
calves. He thought it was a government craft. After that night he had quite a
few mutilatons. He became determined to catch whomever was doing it. Night after
night he watched and sure enough one night a light from a craft came down and
picked up a calf. At that point he was watching through his telescopic lens on
his rifle. He started to squeeze the trigger. At that moment he became

appeared for the first time right beside him. Pat almost had a heart attack. You
would too. Michael is one of the gray/white skinned aliens, only in his case he
was six feet tall. He wore a jump suit that is skin tight, of black, what looked
like spandex material. Around his waist he wears a belt with an insignia of a
six pointed star on the buckle.

Michael told Pat not to shoot. From that point on Pat has been contacted by
Michael. Michael told Pat he works for the Supreme Being and he is the archangel
Michael. Pat is not the only one to have seen Michael. I know of two other
people who have definitely seen him.

Pat was instructed to dig a well on his property. Michael told him if he placed
three rocks that they would bring the water right to where he placed them. It
took Pat seven years to get the materials together and complete what he had been
instructed to do. All the while he was working on the well he was to fly the
Israeli flag over it. He also was to buy a tank motor to run the well as he
would need something big. When he fired up that motor you could hear it for
miles! Everyone wanted to know how Pat would know how to fix the motor if
something went wrong. That is a story in itself.

From the beginning Pat was picked up by Michael's ship. He was put into Ariel
Sharon's body. In Sharon's body he was in the Six Day War in Israel, and in many
battles the Israeli's fought. As Sharon he was in the tank corp. Pat learned how
to work on tank motors. He even hurt his leg in one battle. Sharon limps from
that injury AND SO DOES PAT!

Pat needed a loan from the bank to buy equipment for his ranch. Some of that
equipment was the water sprinkling system which he planned to use to raise
crops. Alcoa Aluminum wanted to find water on the property too. They dug 26 test
holes - everywhere but where Pat told them to. They said there was no water
there. The bank then would not finance Pat.

A geologist was helping Pat in the final days of digging the well. Pat had
invented (through help from his alien friends) a special drill blade to cut
through the rocky ground. One evening there was a huge bang on the side of the
trailer house where Pat and the geologist were sleeping. The geologist was
scared to death. Pat jumped out of bed and into his boots. He hit the floor
running. He was yelling, "the water is here, the water is here." Sure enough it
was. 8,450 cubic feet per minute.

Later Michael told Pat that they brought an underground river from Canada in 10
minutes. At the point where the well was dug it made a turn upwards. This was
the biggest well ever dug in the United States. Alcoa was off by inches. Of
course, they weren't supposed to find the water, Pat was.

The next summer Pat planted crops. Through difficulty he got the water wheels to
water the crops. In the mornings he would go out to inspect the equipment. More
often than not he would find that someone had tampered with the wheels and he
would have to repair them. He did see someone once at night through his
telescopic scope but again he was prevented from firing. Pat never did figure
out who was sabotaging his water system.

After the crops were harvested Pat took them to the elevator. It was a prime
crop, perfect in every way. All the elevators were full so they stockpiled the
crops on the ground. When it was time to sell the crop someone had mixed a lot
of other types of crops into his. The buyers said it was tainted and would not
take it. Pat had been counting on the money from the crops to pay for the ranch
and the water system. After that everything went downhill for him.

Religion has been an important part of Pat's life. He is Irish Catholic. During
his marriage to Wanda they had eight children. Eventually about the time of
everything going downhill Wanda became pregnant with the ninth child. She was
very upset because at this point they couldn't afford the children they had.
When she took this attitude Pat was instructed to divorce her. Wanda miscarried.
There is a statue of the Virgin Mary and Jesus on a hill overlooking the ranch.
That is where the baby is buried.

Pat was told he was to bring forth into this world 13 children. One for every
tribe of Israel. After he divorced Wanda he married a wonderful girl by the name
of Lynn. They had two children. One was name Ariel Sharon and the other one is
Michael.

Michael gave Pat instructions to find seven pure men to make a journey to a safe
place he and Pat picked out for any future eventualities. Pat was instructed not
to ask anyone that had anything at all to do with an abortion, whether it was to
lend the money for one, or the cause of having one done, etc. Pat was to lay in
supplies in this safe place. As far as I know he has never taken the journey.

Michael made it clear that abortion is one thing that the "Supreme Being" is
very upset about. He even instructed Pat to send a telegram to the Israelis
stating that if they didn't stop abortion in Israel that Michael and the Supreme
Being's forces would not help Israeli pilots in the wars they are constantly
fighting. Pat did as he was told.

Pat was also instructed to run for governor of Wyoming. Again he did as he was
told. He was given press releases by Michael to send to President Reagan. Also
press releases for Pat's campaign and what THEY wanted stated in the papers.

It was in this way that one of the persons who also saw Michael, came to have
that experience (whether she wanted it or not). The young lady was to provide a
press release for the campaign but she had been putting it off because of other
pressing matters. She attended the University or Colorado. One evening she was
walking across the campus. Right in front of her Michael appeared. He said, "I
am Pat McGuire's Michael. Why haven't you written the press release? I want it
done -- now!" She was so frightened that all she could do was go to her room and
start typing. While she was writing the article Michael again appeared to her in
her room. This time she was so upset that after that press release she quit the
campaign. She told Pat she no longer wanted anything to do with Michael, or Pat.

Pat was instructed by Michael to quit campaigning. Even at that, he still
garnered 15% of the total vote for Governor.

He had been instructed to visit the Indian reservations up north. He met a lot
of Indians who were interested in supporting Pat as Governor. On the day of the
election there was one of the worst snow storms in the history of Wyoming. No
one on the reservations could come down out of the hills to go vote.

Everyone asks why did Pat have to go through so many hurtful things. We don't
have the answer.

We have noticed that contactee's lives are more stressful and hard to deal with
than most persons. Perhaps we have more to learn in one lifetime than other
people. How can we be compassionate in every situation if we haven't been there
before the people we are trying to help?

Pat's life now is one step above poverty level. We don't think it is fair. But
we cannot see the future, only God can do that.
