Church Bells of Crater Lake

Footnote:   Nicholas Tesla  worked within 1000 feet of the church  on his
experiment in 1932.

Two long detentions F#3 109 velocity breaks down into three.  Parts - (does not
look like a carrier with side bands)  Detection by both Harmonic and monophonic
conversion. (analysis to follow)


The analysis, so far, are two peals of the same bell.  Note break down is where
the problem is.  Some notes above hearing range, other notes enharmonic and
other harmonic.  When a color hex code is applied the main tone is in the
infrared frequency.

Sigma July 12 2007 FN35dm detected a bell. (same problem with note breakdown) 
However some digging  places the focus on 47 Auriga.  More research has placed a
unique bell in La Tuque, Quebec.

Of interest this church (St Zephrinin Church Belfry  beside Lake St Louis. ,La
Tuque, Quebec) is placed on the side of a Crater Lake.  The church building
started in 1930 Bells were there in 1937.  Nicolas Tesla was active in the same
location  around 1932.  Note: My grandparents lived in La Tuque from 1909 to
1966 and I spent my summers there.  Note I have previously determined that 47
Auriga could be a possible candidate, when  Nicolas Tesla, detected a signal
when he opened the first radio.  FN35 dm in 1999 detected radio activity from 47
Auriga and year since 5 planets were found

A cosy community confronted by the paranormal.



There are a number of U.K. UFO events which

have gone down in UFO History and folklore both

on a local and international basis. Of these the

incidents which immediately spring to mind are

"The Rendlesham Forest Incident", RAF Cosford etc.



However, in the 1960s and early 1970s a whole

series of UFO and paranormal incidents occurred

in and around a quiet and comfortable, typically

English country town located in Wiltshire lying just

to the south west of Salisbury plain.



The town, of course, is Warminster and the UFO

sightings and paranormal events which befuddled

this town ultimately featured on the front pages

of the national press. Not only were UFOs observed

in the Wiltshire skies but strange humanoid beings

were seen in the local countryside, beings that

disappeared when approached. The inhabitants of

Warminster did not just to have to tolerate UFOs

but strange ghostly apparitions.

A few cautionary comments.

1. I need to know exactly how he managed to get images that
(apparently) nobody else can get.  How enhanced or photoshopped are
these images?

2. These short videos show an object remaining (more or less) in the
frame.  How did he accomplish this?  The usual tracking drive for an
astronomical telescope is useless in this case since any low earth
orbit object is moving quite rapidly compared to the "fixed" stars.
So did he track the object by hand to keep it in the frame?  That is
hellishly difficult to do.  Sophisticated, and very expensive,
systems exist that can do this.  Did he use such a system?

3. Audio.  He says he picked up "sounds" from the objects.  I think
this is unintentionally misleading.  Since he says he aligned his
satellite dish with the telescope he must be receiving a radio
transmission.  How, exactly, did he align his dish with his
telescope?  These dishes have no provisions for the slow, continuous
motion needed to track a moving object.  And their "field of view" is
very narrow.  Have any of you ever tried to align one of these dishes
to receive your satellite signal?  And these satellites are at a
fixed position in the sky.  Now think of trying to focus on a moving
target.  But, assuming he could lock on to the satellite radio
transmission, what equipment did he receive them with?  What
demodulation method?  What error correction decoding?  In short, what
exactly is that hum we hear on these videos?

As I say, just some questions that need answers.

It seems that emails using my name are being sent to members of the UFO
community. The messages that I am aware of up to now all seem perfectly innocent
and discuss UFO photos etc..
They have a credible content.
However, it seems quite possible that subsequent emails could be of a more

The truth is out: X-Files go public

British UFO 'sightings' investigated by a secret branch of the
MoD are soon to be revealed and officials are braced for a
torrent of inquiries

Without warning, the orange UFO swooped toward them. The crew of
the RAF Vulcan bomber banked hard and radioed they were being
chased across the Atlantic by a large mysterious object. The
incident was classified as a UFO sighting and the details were
immediately locked away.

Now, 30 years later, the extraordinary encounter is among
thousands of previously secret cases contained in the
government's 'X-Files' that officials are to release in their
entirety.

The cases, many from a little-known defence intelligence branch
tasked with investigating UFO claims, will be published by the
Ministry of Defence to counter what officials say is 'the maze of
rumour and frequently ill-informed speculation' surrounding
Whitehall and its alleged involvement with Unidentifed Flying
Objects.

The public opening of the MoD archive will expose the once highly
classified work of the intelligence branch DI55, whose mission
was to investigate UFO reports and whose existence was denied by
the government until recently. Reports into about 7,000 UFO
sightings investigated by defence officials - every single claim
lodged over the past 30 years - are included in the files, whose
staged release will begin in spring.

The decision to release Whitehall's full back-catalogue of UFO
investigations was taken last month after the Directorate of Air
Space Policy, the government agency responsible for filtering
sensitive reports, gave its permission to publish the biggest
single release of documents in MoD history. Now the government
fears a repeat of the unprecedented demand and the website crash
experienced by the French national space agency in March when it
released its own UFO files. Government IT experts are believed to
have drawn up contingency plans to avoid a repeat scenario when
Britain's dossiers are finally made public.

Among the first tranche of UK cases will be the official
government files into the famous Rendlesham incident, dubbed
'Britain's Roswell' after the US incident when a flying saucer is
said to have crash-landed in the New Mexico desert 60 years ago.
On a foggy night in 1980 several witnesses reported a UFO
apparently landing in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk. Statements
claimed the craft was covered in markings similar to Egyptian
hieroglyphics and aliens emerged from it. Although a man later
confessed to having staged the incident as a hoax, the files will
clear up continuing speculation as to whether radiation was
detected at the site after the event.

Another case reported to the intelligence branch DI55 - Britain's
version of the 'Men In Black' - chronicles a series of reports
sent to RAF Scampton, Lincolnshire, by the crew of a Vulcan
bomber on exercise over the Bay of Biscay early on 26 May 1977.
According to documents seen by The Observer, five crewmen,
including the captain, co-pilot and navigators, watched 'an
object' approach their aircraft at 43,000ft above the Atlantic.
The mysterious craft then appeared to turn and follow their
precise course from a distance of four miles.

Initially, the crew said the object resembled landing lights
'with a long pencil beam of light ahead' but as it turned towards
them the lights suddenly went out leaving a diffuse orange glow
with a bright fluorescent green spot in its bottom right-hand
corner. Then, according to signals sent back to Scampton, the
crew noted a mystery object 'leaving from the middle of the glow
on a westerly track... climbing at very high speed at an angle of
45 degrees'.

The Vulcan's navigator recorded interference on his radar screen
from the direction of the UFO which continued for 45 minutes as
the plane headed back to Britain. On return to the UK, the camera
film from the aircraft's radar was examined by RAF intelligence.
They found a 'strong response' from the direction of the
sighting. The UFO was captured as 'an elongated shadow' of a
'large-sized' object travelling at a similar height to the
Vulcan. An intelligence report sent to the MoD the same day says
the crew 'were unable to offer a logical explanation for the
sighting'.

Although hailed as the complete disclosure of the UK's UFO files,
questions are likely to remain over whether all available
information will be made public. Despite the Vulcan sighting
being investigated by DI55, no details remain in the file
indicating what they found or what became of the radar film.

The disclosures are more likely, claim some experts, to lend
credence to the theory that such UFO incidents were, rather than
alien visitations, military activities such as missile launches,
testing of prototype aircraft and other activities during the
Cold War.

David Clarke, a lecturer in journalism at Sheffield Hallam
University and author of Flying Saucerers: A Social History of
UFOlogy, said: 'Something was definitely going on, but really
these files show that the government did not know either. This
release will be a source of disappointment or vindication for
some, and embarrassment for others.

'Conspiracy theorists who believe that the various governments of
the world are hiding secrets about the "reality" of aliens will
see this as another whitewash effort by the MoD and will probably
continue their self-sustaining "campaign for the truth", when the
truth will in fact now be "out there".'

UFO researcher Joe McGonagle said: 'There will always be a hard
core who believe these files were prepared for release and that
there is a secret department within the military who has a
separate stash of files that have not been disclosed.'

UFOs remain one of the most popular subjects for Freedom of
Information requests and the release is certain to generate a
massive response from the public when the files are placed in the
National Archives. Clarke, who has lodged hundreds of FoI
requests, recently discovered that the government was considering
destroying the 24 files created by DI55 because they were
contaminated by asbestos. Not only were the UFO records polluted,
but a total of 63,000 files estimated at between six to 12
million pages - most of them classified as secret - were facing
the same fate. Having admitted the existence of the problem to
Clarke, the MoD opted to instigate a £3m project digitally to
scan the files before they were destroyed. Scanning of the 24
contaminated UFO files owned by DI55 was completed last year,
although it is understood that names of officials in the reports
will be removed.

Although the government remains reticent to discuss its
intelligence work on UFOs, it is known that DI55 has been hot on
the trail of flying saucers since the Sixties. Experts admit that
they work closely with the security services MI5, MI6 and GCHQ to
collect and assess evidence of potential threats to Britain.

The decision by the UK to open its files could lead to the US
government following suit. A group of former pilots and
government officials recently urged the Pentagon to reopen
investigations into claims of UFO sightings.

UFO claims

1980 Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk. US servicemen claim to have seen
an alien craft and its landing site.

1984 Minsk, USSR. Aeroflot pilots say they are pursued by a
glowing shape.

1989 Bonnybridge, Scotland. Fire crew report objects rushing
towards them before veering away at the last moment.

1990 Brussels, Belgium. Two F-16 fighter pilots recount being
engaged in 75-minute mid-air chase with a UFO.

With the publication of his recent books, Lucas Fortune is about to
turn the entire field of UFOlogy on it's head with over 3000 pages of
hard facts and provable theories, not about alien encounters, but UFO
type craft with exotic technology and propulsion systems built by
humans over the last 100 years.  These books give you and I the
knowledge to begin building these craft for ourselves.  In fact, in
the time since this interview, Luke has allowed us at Changing Planet
to read some of the conversations he's has with some of the
inventors.  He's also shared one website's current attempt to censor
his information on patented UFO technology.

How to Build a UFO

A Changing Planet exclusive  interview with Lucas Fortune


Changing Planet:  What possessed you to enter the world of weirdness
by writing such a provocative set of books on such a hot topic of
debate?

Luke:  Upon doing a patent search for a client, I discovered my first
UFO patent.  Upon further research, I found there were many more.  At
first I continued searching for my own plans.  After a year of
researching and sorting the "bunk" patents from the ones that
actually produced the exceptional flying craft, I realized that other
people would want to know, and set out to write a book.  Little did I
know that so abundant was the information that a full encyclopedic
set would have to be written.

Changing Planet:  What can you say was the real eye opening moment
for you in this research on patents?

Luke:  Discovering my first patent, found from 1910.

Changing Planet: What can you tell us about that?

Luke: In the inventor's own words: "The object of my invention is to
produce a machine, which though heavier than air, can raise itself
from the ground, without a running start, to any desired height, to
remain, as a hummingbird, hovering over any given spot, at any
desired altitude, in spite of the strongest wind; to raise or lower
itself, at will, while in the air; and to propel itself in any
desired direction; all at a rate of speed entirely under the control
of the operator."

Pretty impressive for only seven years after the Wright Brothers
famous Kitty Hawk flight.  And this is with fairly standard
technology; not implementing electrogravitic or other less known
propulsion principles.

Changing Planet:  So interplanetary travel is a possibility with
these technologies?

Luke:  Absolutely.  One of the patents in my second
volume, "Electrogravitics", has velocities calculated by one
researcher to be in excess of 25,000 mph.

T. Townsend Brown, in many ways the father of electrogravitics,
believed that electrogravitic propulsion in a vacuum could exceed
light speed.

The opener in Volume III, "Plasma Propulsion", a 1950's patent has a
thrust 60 times more powerful than conventional rockets.

Chemical rocket velocity requirements:
Earth to LEO (low Earth orbit) 17,000 mph
Earth to Earth escape 24,200 mph
Earth to lunar orbit 25,700 mph
Earth to GEO (geosynchronous Earth orbit)  26,400 mph

Now multiply times sixty.

Remember this was about 1953.

Anyone interested in visiting Alpha Centauri?

Changing Planet:  Even those speeds multiplied by 60 don't cover
distances between star systems very quickly.  You'd need something
approaching light speed and beyond or a warp drive to bend
time/space...

Luke:  Townsend Brown states in his Winterhaven prospectus that
speeds in a vacuum faster than light were probable, not just possible
with electrogravitic propulsion.  Tesla measured EM impulses 2.8
times faster than light, so exploration outside our solar system
could very well be a reality.

Changing Planet: Those speeds would be needed to achieve some of the
flight capabilities of UFOs we've seen over Washington State.  Still,
it boggles my mind how the high speed turns and accelerations were
done without killing the pilots instantly...

Luke:  The electrogravitic effect creates a neutral center that
shields the craft from inertia by warping the fabric of spacetime.
That is why it is important for the craft's main EG surface area to
be as large as the ship; like the surface area of the top of a
saucer.

Changing Planet: How do you protect humans from the harshness of
space, like radiation, magnetic belts of planets, lack of oxygen,
etc.?

Luke: A magnetohydrodynamic plasma shell generated by the craft
would, in theory, insulate against harmful cosmic radiation.  Such a
plasma shell was generated in patents granted as early as 1967, and
are highlighted in modern patent applications, such as Gochnour's
2005 application.

Changing Planet: What do you think of the growing body of ancient UFO
evidence that shows up in ancient religious texts and artwork?

Luke:  The whole ancient alien-god thing is a little beyond the scope
of my books.  Childress and a couple of other authors have written
about that, and I know the Vimana craft "blueprints" are available
online.

I would love to see the human race move into a future that involved a
galactic or cosmic society.  Like you, I have certainty that other
life exists in the cosmos, that history is replete with accounts of
extra-terrestrial contact, now codified in holy books and writing on
the walls (literally).

I want to make it available that the enterprising know where to look,
to build their own lives and futures.

Changing Planet:  Has publishing this material changed your life?

Luke:  It has opened my eyes to the interpersonal politics that
surround this topic.

Changing Planet:  I know the books have just been published, but have
you had any negative reaction?

Luke:  I have had a number of negative responses, including a couple
of veiled threats.  Ironically, the threats have come from people
convinced that aliens are the sole possibility of the origins of UFOs.

Unfortunately, a lot of people have felt this threatening to their
personal beliefs.  These books do not DISPROVE the existence of
aliens; they only prove that man has had the technology for at least
a century, and that you can have it too.

Changing Planet:  So why don't more people know about this stuff?

Luke:  There are a number of different theories that people have as
to why the knowledge of these inventions haven't been made
commonplace.  I defer to ancient Roman wisdom.  "Qui bono?"  would be
asked, to determine who was most likely responsible for an action.
Who benefits?  In this case, who benefits from the suppression of
such technology?

Changing Planet:  So tell us about your plans...Do you see yourself
doing anything with the material covered?  Have you built or flown
any of these craft or worked on the technology yourself?

Luke:  I have assembled a team for the purpose, and am working on the
funding as we speak.  My personal plans include a craft based on the
public domain materials covered in my six current books, and the
volumes to come.

Changing Planet:  Once properly funded, how fast do you think the
first working model could be built?

Luke: Once properly funded, I think the first prototype of my
preference and design would be up and running in 12 to 18 months.
Full space tourism via "ufo" craft in 3 - 5 years.

Changing Planet:  Do you see any other kind of spin-off industries
and products if people don't necessarily want to build or fly a UFO
craft in these patents?

Luke: The world could easily change on a large scale with the
acceptance of the existence of UFO patents by the masses.

Again, I see space tourism as not conceived before, month-long
cruises around the outer Giants, as a reality within the next three
to five years, upon procuring the expected funding in the next few
months.

Changing Planet: Do you see potential energy production technology
that could be adapted to power homes and industry?

Luke: The current electrical theory is designed to be a "paying user"
operation.  The high voltage impulse technology of "ufo craft" will,
upon acceptance by society, replace the current paradigm.

Changing Planet:  What is the best way for people to contact you?

haven't covered for now?

Luke: We, as a race, can move into a present day reality that is
reflected in the medium presently referred to as "science fiction."
Local travel at unprecedented speeds, space travel, and moving out
into the new frontier of space can be a reality, if people should
choose to wake up from the dream of their daily lives.

Towards the end of 2007 we, at The WHY? Files,
received video footage of a bright object in the
sky over a small village in Mid-Glamorgan, South Wales (U.K.).
The gentleman who obtained the footage commented:

"my wife saw it first from the kitchen window and
after she had watched it for a little while called me
to have a look, i think in all it was visible for 45/60
minutes approximately,"

The actual footage is approximately 25 minutes in
length and we present edited sections at the link
below. We also present a number of still graphics
taken from the video footage.


Just what is the object that was captured on video
on that crisp, March night in South Wales? We do
have opinions regarding this footage but would
appreciate the opinions of others.

If you have an informed opinion based on logical
deductions/proof then let us know – we will publish
any reasonable explanations for this mystifying footage.

It looks to me as if the object on the left is a concrete or metal type
structure with a support column. Please look at the bottom of the support column
and you will notice something like a round ring with typical holes for
inserting and securing bolts directly into the bed rock.
