back a couple years and you see Bush and Cheney in office with a Republican
majority. Separation of church and state was being undone. The wealthy were

increased. Those who cling to religious dogma are rule oriented, and this is a
trait of the Service-to-Self or those leaning in that direction. Those who enjoy
getting rich at the expense of others are likewise Service-to-Self. Thus, to ask

that the escalating earth changes might have to do with something like an
inbound rogue planet? It's not only disappointing, not only frustrating, it's

operate in a vacuum, does not have top-down control. Decisions are made after
extensive consultations with department heads and experts. The pro and con of
disclosure is discussed in smoke filled rooms, and always the issue of what hard
disclosure would cause is raised. Citizens leaving their jobs, rioting and
looting unchecked, demands on the government for safety, food, and shelter. Then
there is the issue of the decision to effect a cover-up being made so many
decades ago, and maintained through so many past administrations, that undoing
this decision has immense impact on many careers and individuals. Those involved
lobby for no change, as they don't want to be savaged by an angry public.
Frankly, for a head of state to step forward with an announcement, without the
support of others in this decision, is suicidal. Even if death were not
arranged, a case for insanity would.
  It will not be from heads of state that an announcement is made. The truth will
be forced upon them by events outside of their control.

some of those discoveries and went into psychological shock of denial. They
suddenly were faced with the discovery equivalent to finding out that the
monster under the bed which they dismissed as childhood fantasy was in fact
"real". The only course they had open to them was to divert physics onto another
track. Einstein provided what they needed. At the forefront of those discoveries
was Nikola Tesla, and one of his discoveries was radio communication with
Extraterrestrials. I will be discussing the intelligent radio signals that SETI
is trying to ignore.

on making noise in order to get its way if not by any other means. Like the Tea
Parties, these are individuals disgruntled at the Republican's loss of control
over the White House and Congress. The inference in the letters is that covert
violence will occur, the group formenting rebellion that will enforce its own
laws. Since this is obviously against the law, threatening duly elected
governors, action will be taken and at some point the arrests will hit the news.

to strike the coastlines 500-600 feet high, but diminish to 200 feet inland by

tsunami. Where the tidal waves during the pole shift are essentially the ocean
on the move, like a normal tide but with more of a volume of water, a tsunami
moves differently as it is a wave in an otherwise quiescent ocean. Thus, tsunami
build suddenly at the coastline, and rush inland at wave speed. Assume the same
for this tsunami as for all others of record, which man has in its historical

Hello all,

My special guest this week on the PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY HOUR is the NPA
conference producer, Greg Volk.

The Natural Philosophy Alliance (NPA) was formed in 1994 to hold scientific
conferences, and this conference will be that and more. As is customary for
such conferences, presenters write scientific papers and present their ideas
to their peers at the conference. The papers are collected in a Proceedings
book, which will be available at the conference. Currently about 60 of the
100+ papers have been written and posted in the World Science Database
(http://www.worldsci.org), with more coming in every day. The informal, but
effective "peer review" system involves volunteers who read and comment an
the papers of fellow scientists. The system emphasizes improvement and
lucidity rather than acceptance and rejection. To judge for yourself the
overall quality of papers, click the "Abstracts" tab at

Though this is a scientific conference, it needn't be intimidating to the
general public. Many of the authors hold PhDs, but this is no requirement.
Many are engineers, but they also have medical doctors, landlords and
musicians. There is no class system. Anyone with original and well reasoned
ideas in fundamental physics is welcome. We welcome people from the new
energy community, especially on the west coast. If you (anyone, that is)
have an interest in fundamental physics, but have never before attended a
scientific conference, COME! In addition, any students or professors in
engineering and physics may attend as our guest. Check us out. Decide for
yourself if physics needs a major overhaul.
