In this issue of the UFORCE Newsletter, we bring you the latest UFO
News and information from the UFO Resource Center. This week was a
busy one, with a great deal of my time spent corresponding with our
affiliates and sponsors through electronic mail. The UFORCE News
Network travels at the speed of light, and we are hard pressed to
keep up with the information.

Early this week, I contacted the LYCOS network and informed them of
the problem that UFORCE has been having with Angelfire. They
summarily looked into it, and no doubt found all of the complaints
filed by everyone who sent them a letter about the problems we have
been having with our web site.

Our efforts have paid off...GOOD WORK TEAM! We are happy to report
that the problems have been fixed.

Just a reminder that if you have linked to our site, using our
*OFFICIAL* banner, please be advised that Angelfire no longer allows
image loading from a non-Angelfire site. Their reason is clearly set
forth in their last newsletter:

Remote loading (also called direct linking and bandwidth theft) is
when an Angelfire member stores files in their Angelfire directory
and posts them on non-Angelfire sites. It is when an file (image,
mp3, midi...) lives in one place and it is being loaded to another
place. Confused? Ok, here are a few examples.You are remote loading
if:You put images stored in your Angelfire directory into a listing
on an auction site such as eBay. You post an image from your
Angelfire directory to a message board. A friend of yours uses an ad
banner in your Angelfire directory to promote your page on his non-
Angelfire site. You use the images in your Angelfire directory in
your Web site on another Web hosting provider.

Please go to our site and download our UFORCE banner, found on our
home page. First, right click on our banner. Left click on "Save
image as" and then store it in your PC. Upload the image into your
web shell and link to us using this URL:

Joseph Palermo. He and his film crew, including renowned ufologist
Marc Davenport, have went in search of the elusive EL CHUPACABRA.

I first became interested in the chupacabra creature, after reading
reports that it had been seen exiting UFOs in Brazil and other South
American Countries. Although there isn't enough concrete proof to
support the chupacabra/UFO hypothesis, any UFO researcher or
investigator worth his weight in salt is aware of this legend.

The chupa-cabra means "Goat Sucker." It has been known to kill small
animals and form a small pair of puncture marks on the neck of its
victims. It looks like something right out of Hell.
Oh, by the way...At last report, it is slowly migrating northward.
It has been reported extensively in Northern Mexico and the warmer
states of the southern US. We will keep you informed.

CPR: CANADA

The first circles for 2000 have been reported to us from CPR-Canada.
They were discovered on June 26 near Willmar, Saskatchewan, south of
Regina.
We have also posted the in-line image of one of the circles along
with a sketch of the formation.

UFOSSI TAPES MISSING!!!

Our hearts go out to Billy Dee, who stated that ".. there is a
possibility of outside influence... of those
that wish to shut the Billy Dee Show down, and shut us up! Dee's
organization is called UFO Sky Searchers International. Billy Dee
and UFOSSI have been with us for years, and his contribution to the
field of UFO research has been substantial. It is a damn crime that
he should suffer this kind of loss. UFOSSI is an UFORCE
affiliate. Read Billy's post and the introduction by Christopher
Montgomery.

We have set up a special relief fund to help UFOSSI purchase a host
server for his needs. We need to get those taped shows back into
the digital stream, because, my friends, they contain the truth. If
you are interested in helping UFOSSI, please contact me OR Billy Dee

faith or belief that you ascribe to, please keep us in your thoughts

THE UFO/GAMMA-RAY EVIDENCE:

We are preparing A PAPER on our latest research efforts. For a sneak
peak at what's happening, please read the latest information from our
UFO-SCIENCE e-group. This posting can be found with a link to
Einstein's General and Special relativity book. It is on-line! This
latest research involves CASE #39 of the Condon Report, which was
published by the University of Colorado.

It is contained in a book entitled SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF UNIDENTIFIED
FLYING OBJECTS, by Edward U. Condon and the University of Colorado.
Most UFO researchers won't touch it!!! (I did break out in boils
when I read it...no...just kidding :-) When you carefully research
this masterpiece, you will find holes in the Condon Report! Yes, it
is true!

This book was carefully transcribed onto a web site, hosted by the
National Captial Area Skeptics. Although unconfirmed reports have
circulated that they are affiliated with the US Navy, we have not
received confirmation on that yet. We have received special
permission to use the NCAS search engine, which is posted on our web
site. It can be found at our UFORCE Navigator. We recommend that
you do a search for gamma. You would be surprised at what you'll
find.
