Hi, I am a new member and have recently joined the list for a very
specific problem.
I only have a couple of orchids and I have recently taken over a
failing orchid from a friend. You see, he didn't feed it properly.
The stems of the orchid started drying out and I guess he overwatered
since a lot of roots of the orchid are now quite soggy and squishy.

I am not sure what to do. Is there anyone who can help me with my
dried out yet overwatered orchid?
