Unmetered ISP s are a bit of a minefield - after my experience with Red Hot Ant (£30 a year, but I rarely got through and they withdrew the 'free' service...
One definite rule of thumb emerges: if you are trying to close an account, contact your bank *first* and instruct them to deny the ISP's attempts to withdraw...
