In the file section of this group, you will find the ultimaserial.ocx
that allows you to set 14400 sample rate, but this is a *very*
demanding setting, even my 1.8G PC will not last long

At 14400, Windows' virtual COM buffer can only handle 0.1 second of
data, and any delay in the plotting will hang up the process
