Locked out of 2.1b11 (v27)

After doing some MAC maintenance, I find myself locked out of my registered
copy of UNCOVERIT 2.1b11 (v27).

I re-entered the last "name and code" I received from y'all (It was for
version 1.4) but it says "invalid." What to do?
