Well, I have been publishing, but usually that hasn't been a
hindrance to posting on here. I think I've lost a bit of "interest"
in this group ever since I started my own physics blog, which so far
has been going rather well. I was hoping that the members of this
group themselves would pick up the slack.
I've read the referee comment that you got. Since I am not familiar
with the policy of this journal, I can't tell for sure what it means.
If this journal requires that a paper gets accepted on first try,
then it means no. However, that's very unlikely. It appears that the
referee is making a specific comment, and if you modify your
manuscript to reflect his/her suggestion, I'm guessing that you can
resubmit with a letter to address the referee's comments. That is
what is normally done in all the journals that I've refereed for.
