Zz's blog is really good. I read it (almost) everyday!
The comments from the referee certainly suggests to me that he/she
enjoyed the paper. However, I don't think he has pushed for the paper
to be published. It seems to me that he has left the decision quite
open to the editor(s), urging them to consider the number and quality
of other, more "philosophically" minded, submissions.
