We have a year of mathematics here
(http://www.jahr-der-mathematik.de/) and so we think more often about
it. Thus I'd like to ask a question:

Consider sqrt(35):
1) Does it take more time to construct it geometrically than to
compute it approximately?
2) Is the answer the same for a) computers and b) humans?
