This guy emailed me and I thought it may be of interest to you because
Council Travel generally offers pretty good student and faculty rates for
plane tickets, etc. I've had friends drive all the way to Austin to get a
ticket, so he may be a good contact to have here.

I went to UT Austin and graduated with an Anthropology
degree and was active in the anthropological society
there. I graduated this last spring and I am now a
travel agent here in SA. I just wanted to let you
know that if you or your group are planning any trips,
I am the Council Travel distributor here in SA. There
isn't much student travel places available to students
here, not like in Austin, and I am trying to get my
name out to interested travelers. I can offer the
tickets at the same price as their website, agencies,
etc. Let me know if you or any students you know want
to travel with council cuz I can hook you up with
tickets, help you plan, offer you all the resources of
my office. all my info is attached. Thank you.
