don't know what you exactly mean by this phrase, however, I dived
into to your code; I think the way it is solved now is OK, it stays a
little counterintuitive but especially when you use DHTML to create
elements after loading the page it is better this way.

After making some small modifications (the European way) I think by
tomorrow I'll introduce this one in our group.
