As visible in the screen-shots you've customized your templates. Make
sure that vanilla-edit-form-template.snip (/space/) has a correct
(html-wise) template.

Template editing via vanilla is not very well supported yet ;) If you
want to customize your templates, you'd be better of when editing the
snips with an external editor.
