Description

This group is meant for discussion of the evidence of pre-IE substrate languages in Europe and their possible relationships, including (but not limited to) the Vasco-Caucasian hypothesis.

Although flaming language (within reasonable limits) is tolerated, crackpot theories are not welcomed here.
