Dear VDAT 2004 Participant,

When you arrive at the ILI guest house, please explain to Security
that you have come to attend VDAT 2004 - showing them the advance
program of VDAT 2004 or a print-out of this email will also be
acceptable. A list of all participants who have confirmed
participation will be with the Security. Please declare any lap-top
or other equipment you may be carrying. The registration for the
workshop will be open at 8.00 AM on Aug 26. Please ask the Security
to direct you to the venue of VDAT 2004 (Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium).
Student volunteers will be available at the security if you face any
difficulty.

PLEASE WEAR THE VDAT 2004 BADGE AT ALL TIMES IN THE CAMPUS.
