Dear Colleague,

We are getting ready for the publication of the next issue of VSI VISION. We
will be happy to receive brief reports of the following and publish them in VSI
VISION (Issue 1, 2009).

1) Peer-reviewed technical papers related to all aspects of VLSI, published in
reputed international conferences/journals. The papers must have been published
in 2008. At least one author must be from India. Please include the names of
authors, title of the paper, and the name of the cofnerence where the paper was
presented. Please highlight the names of authors from India in the list of
authors.

I wish to exclude the papers published in VDAT or VLSI Design conferences in
this list.

2) MS/Ph.D. theses related to VLSI and awarded degrees in Indian academic
institutions in 2008.

3) Patents originating from India in the area of VLSI.

4) Awards granted to Professors/Students/Professionals from India for their work
in the area of VLSI.

We need this information no later than Nov 25, 2008. Please encourage your
colleagues to provide this information as well!

Regards

C.P. Ravikumar
