The IEEE Nanotechnology Materials and Devices Conference (NMDC) will
be held in Traverse City, Michigan, USA, June 2-5, 2009.
The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to participate in the
Conference. Traverse City is one of the best travel places in Northern
Michigan. A spectacular natural environment surrounded by fresh green

water playground, tournament-caliber golf, world-class spa, superb dining,
our nearby Turtle Creek Casino and up to 85,000 square feet of meeting
facilities showcase our attentive hospitality.
NMDC aims to develop critical assessment of existing work and future
directions in nanotechnology research including nanomaterials and
fabrications, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, devices, and integration.
This conference will bring together key researchers from all over the
world and from every sector of academy and industry in the nanotechnology
research field, with a special focus on materials and devices, technical
topics include as follow,
1. Growth and processing technology for nanoelectronics and photonics
2. CMOS and related nano-technology
3. Quantum devices and physics
4. Nano-photonics and optical devices
5. Molecular electronics and bio devices
6. Nano magnetic materials and spin devices
7. Nanomechanics, nanoprobing and applications
8. GaN-related semiconductors and devices
9. Oxide semiconductors and nanomaterials
