Hi friends,

I am aspirent of chip designing  , i have worked 1 year on c/c++(telecom) and linux baesd application , now i want to enter in VLSI domain , i know verilog ,basic of asic design flow and lerning perl .I also have downloaded tools like modelsim,leonardo spectrum , xilling webpack ; i am learning how to use it. i have knowledge of some telecom protocols. so what the additional skill should i have to have to get the job in this field .please let me know . and give me the links/sites to download perticular material.
