Hello Everyone,
I am new member of this group and wanted to introduce myself.

I am Avanish Kant and am currently working in Tampa, Florida.

I am new to Versata and my purpose of joining this group is to gain
some understanding of the tool as such and see how easy it is to
provide support for the existing system. I am analysing the issues
that might be involved from the point of view of training people and
supporting this system.

I will keep this mail short for now, and discuss more about this
later after hearing from you.

The summary is that, My company is planning to support a production
system (that is using Versata).
