about usage of puncture code

Hi, Johnson Zhu
I am studying your VHCG source code and try to use the generated code to decode punctured codes (the puncturing pattern is "110110" for every 6 codes, 0 means "puncture"). But the simulation results are not same as my matlab results. And I am sure the matlab results are correct. So would you please tell me how to use the puncture functionality in your delivery? It is not metioned in the specification and maybe I used it in a wrong way.

Regards
Jonathan
