If you embed the video in HTML then this problem goes away and any
user should be able to see your content properly as long as they have
Quicktime installed.

An easy way to do this is to use the popup window method that I created:

The reasons for doing this are explained here:

This handles all browser incompatibilities with encountered by direct
linking to the video files.
