This is the Priemier Macintosh Users Group, serving the counties of Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden in the centeral western section of Massachusetts. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month in room 114 (or signs will direct us to another room) of Putnam Hall (building 17) on the grounds of Springfield Technical Community College, One Armory Square, Springfield, Massachusetts. Go in the main gate, turn left and go around and past the Armory Museum and past the tall building (Scibelli Hall - Building 2) and then turn right and park. Building 17 is the 2nd tallest building on campus and towards the east of the row of buildings. There is a National Parks Historic Site on the property ( One of Two Armouries founded by George Washington) and we urge you to spend time to visit this site when comming to one of our meetings. WE DO NOT HAVE A FORMAL MEETING IN JULY NOR AUGUST. Meeting dates are 2008 : Jan. 08, Feb. 12, Mar. 11, Apr. 08, May 13, Jun. 10 Spt.09, Oct.14, Nov.11 and Dec.09. Our current website, is found at http://vimug.tripod.com/ as it is a free service there will be some advertisements. We will attempt to put meta tags, etc., so the ads are more what you might find interesting. In addition to this group, we have had a portion of a .mac account donated by a member for many years and found at http://homepage.mac.com/vimug1/ where information about this great User Group was found (as well as here). However, there will soon only be a pointer to the http://vimug.tripod.com website from the .mac account site so (as is the case now at our old website at http://users.rcn.com/vimug/)so our member can use that space, so look here first.
