At first install VE, then the DM. Put the registration key in the bin folder
and set the environment variable. Start the workbench and precompile the
kernel library. You should start with the example hello in
\examples\kernel\hello and get it to run.
Visual Eiffel is a Eiffel compiler, which compiles eiffel sources to
executable code, without using a C compiler. It isn't under development
since 2005, so the newest developments in the Eiffel language are not
available. The mailing list is nearly inactiv.
