About the "miscalibrating" - or getting version 2.50   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #107 of 658 |
Hello, i'm azido and i'm new to this list.

recently i tried out version 2.6.2 of this piece of software - might
just be what i wanted to get to use my USB joystick to control some
midi stuff in reason. but as some people in here already mentioned:
every time i tried to save a preset, when i change to the next preset
it occurs that the X- and Y-axis of the joystick got "decalibrated" -
which simply means the 2 axes are completely moving to the right (on
the view page) - which leads in totally random range settings of the
controls i tried to use.. after clicking/moving on any setting
related to the range it seems to be fixed - until i try to use the
next patch.

some guy wrote he "fixed" it (or found a workaround in conjunction
with MidiOX) - but he didn't tell us how to..

so my newbie question is: how to fix this - or if someone has version
2.50 - could he send it to me?

would be interesting to see versions here in the files section
instead of those annoying money-making tryouts of a bad guy in this
list..

thanks for reply..

azido
