When I start VMIDIJoY II 17 BETA version: 2.5.0 date: 20.11.2002

I get this error message:

"The DINPUT8.DLL file is

linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:AddAccessAllowedAceEx."

I am using Windows 98SE.

Can anyone help please.
