Vshnu 1.0300 released!

This version adds full mouse support in xterm-like terminals.
Try the "^" command to see the mouse actions available.

The config files look rather different now due to new facilities to make
writing them easier, such as the "run" command/syntax and the "ext" and
"Ext" commands/syntax. Also, the configuration maps are now ordered
for ordered help listings and run priorities, and so make use of new
map management tools.

$cfg::pager is now $pager and the $MAILER environment variable is
recognized. See the changelogs in the source files for the complete
changes.
