There's a program you can download from Nokia's website (yes I know this is a Sony Ericsson group but bear with me) which will convert mpeg4 files and WMV...

Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0. Oh I forgot to mention that once it gets converted to .3gp it'll work on Sony Ericssons, Nokias, Motorolas, etc... you name it....
