Congratulations to Brazilians and their supporters for the superb
World Cup championship just completed here in Japan.
Just in time for the WAOE Annual Members' Meeting, WAOE officer Prof. Roberto
Mueller in Brazil has designed a java-based world map that lights up the
location of each WAOE officer, using precise geopositioning. See the WAOE
Organization page:
http://www.waoe.org/site/npo.htm
There is also a java-based online certificate available since last year for
associate and voting members who wish to make a screen shot and print it out:
http://www.waoe.org/membership/certificate/index.html
Anyone can enter a name also to check if that person is a WAOE member or not.
How to print out the certificate seems to depend on one's computer. It seems to
me that with Windows you can make a screen shot and paste it into Word,
PowerPoint or a graphics program. For some people it may simply print out. On a
Mac it seems to me that most people can take a screen shot: apple key + shift +
3 (or 4 to select a rectangular area),
find where the screen shot file is saved, then open it and print it out.
Roberto, obrigado,
