I live in NJ. A few years ago, we discovered that my development has TCE in our
well water. The state put in POET systems and the testing and replacement of
tanks is done by the state at no charge to us. However, this year the state
said that this service will not be transferrable if we sell our home. This will
definately impact us. Because of this problem, do you know if we can get
property tax relief?
