Welcome to the MCWA Landowner Network

The Monocacy & Catoctin Watershed Alliance (MCWA) is a mutual, collaborative, non-advocacy effort among individuals and organizations desiring to work together to improve the health of the Monocacy and Catoctin watersheds.

The Landowner Network page has been created, thanks to funding from the Chesapeake Bay Trust, so that watershed residents and professionals in the field of natural resources, conservation, and water quality can interact with one another. It is intended to allow members to ask and answer questions, post comments, discuss concerns, advertise events and meetings, and most importantly to provide information about the watershed we live and work in. Members are encouraged to use the Landowner Network to stay informed about Monocacy and Catoctin watershed issues, but the Landowner Network will only be effective if you post your questions and comments. As the Network develops it is hoped that trends will become evident which will help in targeting efforts for projects, policy, and funding.
