It is not when the .vcd file is empty, but when the .settings file
mismatch a correct .vcd file.

That is rather ennoying because to build the .settings file can be a
long task for big models. Presently it is necessary to delete the
.setings file and then to rebuild it. When designing a new model which
is often changing it is rapidly tedious.

Where is the 1.11 version available? On the Web site it is the 1.10
version which is downloadable.
