Minor bug, might already have been reported that if you try to open an empty vcd file wave 1.11 crashes. I discovered this when my testbench (mistakenly)...

It is not when the .vcd file is empty, but when the .settings file mismatch a correct .vcd file. That is rather ennoying because to build the .settings file...
