Have you created a website index that you're proud of? Please
consider submitting it for the 2009 Web Indexing Award, awarded by the
Web Indexing Special Interest Group of the American Society for
Indexing. Submissions must be received by Friday March 27, 2009.

The Web Indexing Award recognises excellence in web site indexing.
The winning indexer receives US$75 and will be announced at the Annual
Conference of the American Society for Indexing, on April 23, in
Portland, Oregon (but you don't have to attend the conference to
receive the award).

Entries are open to members of the Web Indexing SIG and its partner
organization, the Information Architecture Institute (IAI). Members
of ASI
and affiliated indexing societies who are not yet Web Indexing SIG
members pay US$5.00, which also includes one year's membership to the
Web Indexing SIG (with various member benefits).
