I'd really be interested if some of you could post those "Golden
Nuggets" you learned at EMetrics. Please try to mention any cool
tool, technique or report you may have learned about and share it
with the group.
Since there were 4 sessions going on at any given time, it would be
really useful to share your knowledge. I'll start:
1) I learned that we need to do two things with our site search, a)
Sort our search results by "Expected Revenue" or really "Historical
Revenue" from the our analytics. and b) Tweak our top results on our
site search manually.
2) I read about a cool tool called Glyphius for generating adwords ad
text. I'll be testing it soon.
3) I found out about a couple of firefox extensions: "View Live HTTP
Headers" and "Firebug". Both let you see what's happening with
Cookies, JavaScript, images, CSS behind the scenes.
4) I learned about a cool page layout tool called Crystal Xcelsius
that helps you generate custom dashboards and reports. We are
testing it this week.
