As a Visual Site customer, not thrilled at this merger right now, though it
all depends upon how the products & organizations will be merged. Needless
to say, integration will impact the product growth, key resources and hence
customer service. Best option would be to maintain Visual Site as a separate
business unit for a market segment that's not served by current Omniture
products. For us, a customer of both Omniture (European Operations) & Visual
Site (North America), interesting times lay ahead.
Shankar.
