Hi all

You may notice a slight difference in branding if you use HBX this morning.
Yep, its now SiteCatalyst HBX. I now find myself at a crossroads - do I change
over to SiteCatalyst straight away, or stay with a tool I'm familiar with until
it is no longer supported, or look at other options.

I work on Public Sector sites and have for a while been thinking maybe HBX is
over the top for our purposes, I would presume Omniture is even more so! But
being an Omniture customer opens up possibilities with their other tools.

So my questions are
- does anyone have experience changing over from HBX to Sitecatalyst, what
were the pain points and how supportive were Omniture (presumably this process
will improve, both being products from the same company now)
- has anyone entered a situation where they have realised the high end tool
your company is using is actually overkill, and switched to middle tier/niche
product, or even free tool?

cheers

Jon
