I am working with a Fortune 500 company to build out a new version of
the corporate responsibility section of their site.
What do you recommend for a suite of KPIs if the goal of the site is
to keep the user engaged. (Primary audience is the socially
responsible investor community).
Of course I am using the standard metrics such as time on page, page
views etc; really looking for the "didn't think of that one" metrics.
