When i tried viewing your site in ie6 it crashed my browser so my
guess is some javascript bug.

you might also want to check your html validation - you got 144 errors
see http://validator.w3.org/
looking at your page i can see:
5 css files
7 javascript files
joining each file type together will lower server request and speed
your load time

I was testing an app on a client site yesterday and was having trouble getting the app to work in IE6. In FF is worked fine and others in IE7 had no issues...
