Hi Kim,
I've heard nothing but good things about YWA. The demographics data isn't
actually active until a certain number of visitors is received on your site (for
sampling accuracy and data protection purposes).
Also, YWA is lead by Dennis Mortensen, who is amazing at actual web analysis and
insights so he's built it with you as a web analyst in mind (rather than just a
techie tool).
