Unica quite robust tool  for ecommerce site, we are using it last 2 year, we
have never face any problem also customer support is very good

Hello all,

I'm involved in selecting a Web Analytics vendor for a media company and just
wondering if anyone uses Unica's NetInsight for their ecommerce site. Please can
you share your experiences with me?

I know they're quite good with Content & Campaign tracking (which is good for
us) but because we've also got an e-commerce division and would want a solution
that best fulfils our requirements of Content Usage & E-commerce measurement.
