FELD M is an analytic and creative consultancy for digital marketing. Our focus is the development and

realisation of marketing strategies as well as success management based on analytics and performance

figures. FELD M offers marketing strategies and controlling with emphasis on the areas of e-commerce,

social media, multi-channel as well as brand management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer support: Project management in the expert and technical conceptions of systems for online

business performance measurement & management as well as their implementation, guaranteeing

the best customer service and support during the operating phase

- Business Development: Acquisition of customers and partners, expansion of existing contacts, further

development of the range of our services in the field of web analytics and optimisation (online

marketing controlling)

- Development of organisational structures: Support in the organisational development in the fields of

web analytics and optimisation, particularly in regards to team building, accumulation of knowledge

and the optimisation of processes

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 to 5 years professional experience in the field of marketing controlling

with emphasis on consultancy work

- University degree or equivalent in the field of business studies, business informatics or similar

- High degree of enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity

- Assured manner, good communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility

- Excellent knowledge of both written and oral English and German

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office as well as the commonly used Web Analytics Software programmes
