experts who provide measurable impact in the successful implementation
of business critical corporate information, data and applications
development projects.

We are currently engaged in a Web Analytics Project with a financial
services client in Mercer County, NJ that requires a Senior Level
Business Analyst for a duration or 3 months plus extensions (open ended).

The appropriate candidate will: Participation in all Business
Intelligence (BI) activities related to the data warehouse
development; Develop and implement strategies for meeting analytic
needs that are not addressed by the data warehouse or current BI
initiatives; Be responsible for developing and gathering all business
requirements through conversations with numerous C-Level executives,
business units and developers throughout mulitple client locations
nationwide; Define key metrics to measure website performance,
construct tracking dashboards and maintain general reporting
structure; Determine what has and what still needs to be
implementation, as well as drive the recommendations on Web Analytics,
in this case WebSideStory. The ultimate goal of the project will be to
complete the GAP Analysis report.

The qualified candidate will have: 5+year of Business Analysis
experience to include extensive Web Analytics experience. The web
analytics experience required includes expert knowledge of
WebSideStory. Experience with WebTrends on Demand (WTOB) would be
prefered, however there is expertise in-house on WTOB. Must have
impeccable communications skills and the confidence and experience to
interact with all levels of Senior Management. This position will
require approximately 50% travel to numerous location around the
country to interview various management personel and gather the
requirements.
